Eiro Group customer reviews

Updated: February 5, 2026
Eiro Group
Summary
Multiple reviewers describe Eiro‑Group as a scam: aggressive marketing via fake ads and quick callback calls, often citing bogus endorsements, and promoters who pressure users to deposit more. After initial deposits clients report being assigned account managers (names like Chloe, David, Daniel, Anthony, Andy, Kelvin and others appear) who trade on their behalf, restrict account access, and then block withdrawals or deactivate accounts when users request funds. Common tactics reported include offering “bonuses” that lock withdrawals until unattainable trading volumes are met, forcing high‑risk or unauthorized trades (sometimes by an alleged bot) that quickly generate losses and commissions, and changing support numbers or becoming unresponsive. Victims describe repeated unwanted calls, refusal to delete personal data, rude or abusive behaviour from staff, and websites or ownership links that appear tied to opaque jurisdictions (e.g., St Vincent & the Grenadines), with reviewers claiming the company is unregulated and positive reviews are fake or paid. Reported losses range from a few hundred to tens of thousands of pounds/euros; some users sought chargebacks or litigation to recover funds. Overall the consensus in the reviews is to avoid the platform and use regulated, transparent brokers instead.

The best and simple advice is to avoid Eiro-group because as I can see in the other reviews, it is a telling fact that they are scammers. Allow Litclaim litigation to help you out with chargeback, I found them through search on google, then I consulted with them to force my withdrawal out of Eiro-group, they are worth looking up. Once again, don't trust Eiro with a single penny.

Lost all my savings to this group of scammers. James Spiro was the name (probably not real) of the guy who scammed me. Very believable and amiable. But ultimately, as soon as I started asking for my money back, they closed down my account and now they are in the wind. I was so easily duped. Beware. I have advised the police and my bank, but I am not confident of getting anything back. Very depressed.

Total thieves. Total scam. Horrible experience. They showed good profits for 2-3 months, withdrawals were possible. After my last big bank transfer all contacts were cut and they disappeared. Platform was blocked with no possibility of withdrawal of any amount.

After you deposit the minimum amount of $ 500, they will try to trick you into depositing more,All this time you have no control over the amount deposited. The only thing you can do is to deposit money, after that you can't withdraw anything. In order to justify the action, they staged me 4 failed transactions. Non of ETC,LINK,XMR and NEO cryptocurrency has fallen by 50% since May. transactions with which he tries to trick me are opened on 29.07.2021 at 16:25 and closed at 16:26 I can prove what I said with the printscreens I made, and you can judge whether or not I tell the truth I did not succeed in trying to get in touch with them, no one answers. Be safe, I hope I help to stop these criminals

Do not deposit money at Eiro-Group. I found out on my own. If you want to work with them, first read my experience below and compare it with their conditions on the site. In short, they are a scam. After you have deposited money, e.g. 1000 Euro, they can only approve small withdrawals, e.g. 10%, but no more and they keep your interest until they find a reason to empty the account. They are not regulated by any authority, they do not have real phone numbers - they call you from the numbers via the internet. You won't find the employees there on the internet anywhere - they say they don't have accounts on social networks, only they call you, you can just send them messages on Whatsapp. You can't even check if the money in your 'account' and the profits are real (these can be just numbers on their website). I reached them through a friend and I was taken over by an "ACCOUNT MANAGER" named DANIEL MELAS. That was on March 11th. This Daniel speaks and acts extremely reasonably, does not make exaggerated promises and seems a 'normal' man. From the beginning he tells you that he will do all the transactions while you are just watching. But in time he comes back with proposals to deposit more money. At some point you will be asked to accept a bonus from the company. The trick is that when you accept a bonus you can not withdraw anything from the account until you have a total trading volume of 50-500 times as much as you have in your account (your money + bonus received). With this bonus, he blocked my withdrawals from my account for 2 months because he made transactions less and less as he approached the required trading volume. But everything was 'for good', on 'paper' making a 50% profit. On Thursday, May 13, we finally reached the required volume, but the 'Manager' immediately went on vacation without announcing. Their rules say you can't withdraw without the consent of "your account manager". On Tuesday, May 18, when he returned, he only sent me a WhatsApp message that we can't talk. The next day I had in my account 6 open transactions (purchases of many crypto), all at a loss that was growing alarmingly. He never did more than 3 simultaneously and for small amounts, now he had used half the money (my money + the bonus received). After 2 hours, he called me "alarmed" because the market was still falling and I have to deposit another 3000 Euros in order not to reach zero. How can this be so fast? - due to the leverage system, the value of transactions was much higher than I had in my account and the losses increased accordingly. The crypto market had fallen by 30-40%, which was real, but I insisted on closing one or more of the open transactions to save as much as possible. Here began a delirium with half an explanation that he can't, that it doesn't matter why he opened so many transactions at that moment and closed the discussion by ordering me to deposit more money. After less than an hour when the losses exceeded 90% of the amount in the account, the transactions were closed. The next day he replied that he was not to blame and if I did not understand how the system works and I did not want to deposit more money it is only my fault. I know that this Review is long but I hope to save you from such a situation and you will recognize such companies in the future according to their behavior. One conclusion would be that they are correct and that was my fate - that's what they want me to believe. My conclusion, formed in the last month, is that the money once deposited is divided between them and they give it back to you just to keep you. All they are waiting for is a market crisis to call you and tell you to "deposit or lose everything in an hour". They had no reason to open so many transactions at such a time and even if I asked urgently they did not want to close them. Since I noticed the situation, I tried to close them, but the webpage told me ‘my account has not been activated, contact the administrator’. My conclusion is strengthened by the delays along the way and by the fact that the friend who recommended me ended up in the same situation, although he had not accepted any bonus and had smaller transactions in the middle of May 19, but the loss kept increasing. He, from the interface, at one point managed to close all transactions and save half the money, but immediately other transactions were opened, which could not be closed. The next day he had a few hundred euros in his account. He made a request to withdraw money, which their website accepted, but immediately a new transaction was opened at a loss and after 7 seconds the remaining euros disappeared from the account. This, obviously, before receiving the required money. If you really want to check them, ask them to transfer back to your bank account all your invested money and profits.

Trust me Eiro-group is a huge scam, all these guys placing positive comments are part of the scam. I invested 250 euros at first. However, I tried withdrawing but I couldn't. This scammer deactivated my account at first then reactivated it. They stopped picking up my calls and replying to my emails. They have one trader called Andy, that dude was so rude over the phone and was telling me to put in more money before I can withdraw, and he also said I shouldn't call their services again. Guys are careful, Eiro-group is a huge corporate scam. Don't fall for it. I have email evidence to back all this up. Don't be scammed like me. Eiro-group will only take your money and won't give you a chance to withdraw it.

Pure Scammers. Shameless maggots and thieves. After opening an account with them, they assigned me to one hopeless account manager called David Hearth. David started trading my money and then went on holiday for 1 week. After making a shabby job of his trades before he went on holidays, David returned to try and convince me to put more money into my account. At that time he had opened another bad trade on the account. He literally tried to shout down at me over the phone to bully me into putting in more money. I refused and told him I wasn't interested in the service anymore and wanted to withdraw my money. You know what he did? This low life, dedicated liar and evil person left the bad trade he placed to drain my account and actually attempted to stop me from accessing my account. This is the sort of company you are dealing with. A word is enough for the wise. They are criminals. Steer clear of them please. Hold on to your money. Apart from being thieves they actually don't know what the heck they are doing.

If i could, i would give this review -1. They are 100% scammers. Once you deposit money on their site, immediatly you lose all control. You can't withdraw, trade. You can only deposit. After i made a withdraw request. I waited for almost 2 weeks. Tried to reach them by phone several times. They even changed the support number on their site. After i manged to reach them, i told them again, that i just want to withdraw my funds. Imediatly after, a trading bot began to put trade orders randomly on my account. I lost almost all my money (500 euro) in 2 hours. For every order they collected commissions. When i tried to reach them by phone to ask for explanations, the 'financial advisor' was very discourteous . He said, 'Is it not why you are here? To trade?. You put to little money, that's why you lost.' This was done without my consent. I talked first with Anthony Cheng and then with a guy Andy. Stay away from this platform!!! I don't know how other people can review positive.

I wanted to withdraw half of the money invested and they blocked the account. I don't have access anymore. Don't make my mistake. Eiro group will help you lose your money. I was called and when I said I wanted to withdraw the money they blocked my account.

If you’re reading this PLEASE DO NOT TRADE WITH EIRO-GROUP. The positive reviews are fake. They pay people to review them. I’ve recently been dealt a reality check by David Stone from Eiro-group. I can say they’re scammers and bear no good intentions. I’ll explain my experience. First, I saw the ad somewhere and clicked the link to register. Got a call less than a minute afterwards and I was excited to join the platform. I deposited £250 to test the platform, to see what’s on it, what they do and how it works. Second, after the deposit I couldn’t get through anything on the platform. Despite my account being verified, it shows “contact your account manager for activation”. On my profile it says I can ONLY DEPOSIT. Nothing else. Third, out of frustration I sent numerous emails to and they responded explaining to me why it happened that way. So there’s an account manager who is in charge of everything that happens on your account. They do the trading, they take the deposit and grant withdrawals. While I was sceptical at that point, I was assured they are good. In fact, they did a surf of the internet while on video meeting (camera turned off, screen sharing). They showed me reviews on trustpilot, and other websites. They also said the negative reviews were people who were paid by competitors or didn’t understand the rules of their platform. I fell for it and believed them. I invested £1k. Fourth, trading went well for a couple of weeks until I realised what they might be and I decided to close my account and withdraw my balance. I spoke to my account manager (who was nice until then). We were okay but immediately after the call he restricted my account and I couldn’t do anything. Can’t even open or close trades nor make any withdrawal. Fifth, I tried to contact them, emails, texts on WhatsApp etc. No reply, no response. After a week, they called, tried to get me to make more deposits and continue trading. I politely explained I could never trust them after the little move the past week. They should have just let me withdrawn my money. That was the end. The conditions for withdrawing my money (€1.6k at that time) was they needed to reach a trading volume of €1million on my account. They’re not going to give me any access to my account. My money was literally gone and nobody in the company would help. It was just €1.6k and I’m glad it wasn’t more than that. These guys are pure scammers, they just want you to deposit money and will change the tune when you ask for withdrawal of your balance. They’ll make you good profit but you could never withdraw on your terms. Please do not fall for them and don’t repeat my mistake.

Yes, this is a scam... I saw an advert via FB about the Bitcoin equalizer app being invested in by all the Dragons on Dragons Den - which I later found out seems never happened, it was never on Dragons Den & WHICH UK are looking into these scams, and how the fake adverts appear in FB. Anyway, I looked up the app on my mobile - stupidly entered my name, email and mobile no. on the online form before I realised that it was indeed a scam, and one of the Eiro-group marketers (‘Chloe Jenson’) emailed and phoned me straight away to give me all the spiel in terms of how they had to be careful about who they let invest with them - no unemployed persons, etc... and wanted to take a deposit. I arranged for a call back the next day so I could do some background checks before I deposited any money and activated my ‘new account’. I found the WHICH article and www. Definitely a scam... The positive reviews here are most likely fake or from people who haven’t tried to withdraw their funds yet! The day after my initial call from ‘Chloe’ I requested that Eiro-group delete my data and all details of me, but instead they have emailed me back & called from a different UK mobile no. every day (at least twice a day). I’ve have requested by email again that they do not contact me any more and to delete my data (the Bitcoin equalizer app has its privacy policy linked to it, and states that they comply with GDPR although I’m not holding out much hope. Apparently Eiro-group operates from St Vincent’s and The Grenadines where there is no data protection regulation. They have just called me again, this time I picked up, I asked them to stop calling me as I’d requested them to delete my details to which the male marketer shouted and called me a b****. I hung up, they are calling me on repeat now, not a professional company. So, do not be duped... register with a UK registered trader instead.
