A company whose only true intention is to make you miserable one at the losing end with all your money gone and no way to get it back. Finding an alternative way to get back my losses was the only positivity out here. Reporting to coin-refunds.com was the best decision I made and they paid me.

Scam, same people as iotam and matic. Go through the name on my profile for help!!!!
Scam, stay away. Same people as matic markets and Iotam. See those trustpilot profiles.
They don't give you your money back when you try to take it out. I have been trying for months to get money out of my account and every request gets "rejected" for no reason. They made a couple of good trades but made some horrible ones that lost the majority of the account. Customer support is unresponsive. They only contact you when they are trying to get more money out of you.
I’m very disappointed! The account manager was very responsive and communicative in the first 10 weeks, but since then I cannot even get a response or call back despite daily follow up. Other than a call centre that simply passes your message, there’s no one to contact, and the account manager seems to have gone awol! They say it’s your money and you can withdraw at any time but it lets you draw just $100 as that’s the limit, and you’ve to wait min of 7 days to be “approved”… so much for “your” money! Sadly, this has soured my experience and I’m very disappointed with the account manager and earningcrypt.io! It’s been almost 3 weeks and I’m still awaiting for a call back…

My advice, DO NOT send anything to invest with them. They lost all my capital within four hours. They lied about the commission in the Initial consultation. When I queried this after they lost all my money, they would not reply to any correspondence. SCAMMERS!
There is nothing good to say about these scamsters and fraudsters. Whoever wrote the positive reviews, they either wrote them themselves or paid someone to do it. They are skillful liars and thieves. If you hear the name Richard Harris put the phone down immediately, and his co-conspirator JohnG, they are both as bad as each other. Dont be fooled, even the phone number they give you to reach them is phony, its totally unreachable, and if they say they are going to phone you back, don't wait for the phone to ring - it will not. Every sentence on their web page is complete pooh, none of it is true, in fact its all the reverse. I don't know which comedian they hired to write that load of claptrap. They bamboozle you with their BS and big talk about safe and secure investments, quoting all kinds of figures and percentages, oh it just goes on and on. Its all just BLAH. When I queried some of their unwise investments they told me to trust them, they knew what they were doing, even when you can see before your own eyes what's happening. When I told Richard Harris I could see I was being set up, is exactly when they started to shut me down. They will bankrupt you in a matter of days or weeks, even minutes, and they don't care one bit. When I said I wanted to cease trading because I had lost confidence in it, I was told it would cost me £6200 to close. Further to that, Richard Harris will try and convince you that you have to make a huge thousands of £'s deposit to "open the block chain gateway" before a withdrawal. Funny that you are not told this from the start, its sprung on you when you request a withdrawal. I checked with a 3rd party who confirmed it was a load of old rubbish, no such deposit is required, as long as there are funds available, which there was at that time, a withdrawal should only take about ten minutes. Richard Harris will try and convince you otherwise, telling you it could take many hours. I refused to make this payment and then they reduced it to £5000, the point being that even if you pay the money, you still will not get a withdrawal. OMG and the excuses!! Problems with wallet addresses, IT problems, communication problems, it goes on and on. It was all very upsetting, especially due to my personal circumstances. When I had absolutely no more money to invest I was systematically bankrupted by them and after that you wont hear from them again. It took them exactly 9 minutes to sink me. About that, your login password is embedded on the login page and even if you change the password, you cant remove it from the login drop box. They open your account and manipulate it behind your back. I have evidence of this, and that's also why they could clean me out in minutes, and we are not talking about 50p here, its a lot of money!! The $409,000 available balance became a big fat ZERO within 9 minutes, further proof that they open your account and fiddle about with it. so someone else scored big time, and I suspect its Richard Harris and JohnG, along with another conman Roman, some Australian guy who will also try and get cash out of you. Whatever way you look at it your money is on a one way journey and you'll never see it again. Stay away from this corrupt bunch of thieving pigs, especially Richard Harris and his buddy JohnG. If you dont and carry on regardless you will be very sorry and will be writing your own similar review in a few weeks time.
I wouldn’t trust this service. I got drawn into throwing quite a lot of $ into their platform, but the account manager who was meant to look after me and help me grow the account basically drained it and I lost everything. Every trade I was told to take was a loss and got pulled into trades that didn’t make sense with no care given for risk management. I was told that the account would be looked after while I was asleep and that I wouldn’t get liquidated. Was told to close trades at a loss saying that there will be funds coming from an event so not to worry. It was all lies after I got liquidated every time. They draw you in by selling you on these events where you can double or triple your money in short time frames and take the money, but nothing ever happens. The trading platform is setup to take your money for liquidity for larger clients or just themselves. I was told/forced to make the trades but was tricked too many times by saying it's totally fine and not to worry until your account has no money left. Don't be fooled, they will try and convince you every time. They talk a big game but it’s all to make you believe they have what it takes to manage your money while they had already taken your funds. This actually ruined me… all my funds gone. They sound trustworthy over the phone but they are sharks. Beware and stay away at all costs! Beware of Richard Harris and a guy called Roman. They are nice enough but they will stall you and make you think you are safe and that funds are on the way. But it's all set up as a scam and for them to get away with it. Richard will say he has a clean record but I have seen other comments saying the same thing. It's absolutely shameful what they do to people, and the positive reviews here I would say are set up by the company to offset what is actually going on. I anticipate they will say here that I should look at the terms and its all up to me to do the trades and that they are not liable, but every time I was tricked by the account manager to take them against my better judgement. Richard kept on telling me that the funds are safe and on their way after participating in an event. I have had zero evidence of such an event, but this whole time I was told that some of my funds were used in this event, but was just a rouse. This is separate from the trading platform and was told zero risk. Everything is done over the phone so they will try and do all the dodgy manipulation via call only to not have any tracks. They had the audacity to try and get more funds from me to participate in some thing again to recoup losses while waiting. I have a recording and will seek to pursue this further. They have tried to say they will resolve my matter with an independent legal body which doesn't exist, it's all lies to stall you. You will notice they aren't verified also on Trust Pilot and all the positive comments aren't verified users. The comment below from them is false, they never want to resolve anything, they have already stolen my funds. We can't let company's like this get away with destroying peoples lives!
I have had such a terrible near to horrific experience with this company. On a Thursday I came across an itv video showcasing this new age way of investing, it peaked my interest so I signed up, I went through the initial sign up call with a senior account manager, Richard Harris, from the onset I a made it clear that I had no knowledge or experience of how this would work as I had no trading knowledge in any sector. Richard kindly explained to me that I need not worry, I would be safe in his hands, he would walk through the process and he would show me how it worked. He explained that as this was my first try at this he would take me on as one of his portfolio clients and would guarantee my initial investment. We agreed that whilst I was waiting to create an ewallet with coinbase we would resume our discussions the following day. We touched base again on the Friday but the verification with coinbase was yet to be completed, so there wasn’t much we could do until the following Monday. Over the weekend I realised that I was way in over my head and realised I needed more time to thoroughly research and be comfortable with what I was about to embark on, so I emailed Richard advising him that I did not wish to proceed with making or initiating the process. First thing Monday morning Richard called, and I we discussed my decision to not continue, he appeared to be ok with this, and took me through the dashboard to retrieve my deposit. I followed the instructions and we processed a transaction that I believed was a withdrawal, when I asked when I can expect to have my money back in my account he confirmed that within a few days. A few days (2 days) later I had no funds in my bank account but my dashboard now had a balance of $2.47, I sent him an email, and immediately he called, and asked me to check my dashboard, he drew my attention to this balance as a confirmation that my funds had been withdrawn and would be with me shortly. We are more than 10 days since this supposed withdrawal and after numerous efforts to contact Richard Harris, I have received no help. On reaching out to the support desk via live chat all I’ve been told is we are investigating and looking into this as a priority. I’m deeply saddened and upset, a transaction that took 5 mins to collect, has taken so long to return. I’m very upset with also the conduct of the senior account manager, as every effort to reach out to him to assist me on this, he has ignored. Since posting this review they have been in touch, with a promise to investigate, and resolve the matter. I received a call a day after posting this review, and they promised to review all the recordings of my conversations with their senior account a manger. I was told to expect a call back this Monday, we are now on Wednesday and yet no further contact has been made. It’s either for others who are able to offer glowing reviews on this company, o can only say it’s the luck of the draw, but for myself it’s been a total scam. Be careful they give you the “power” to control your transactions, it’s a legal thing to safeguard them when things go wrong. The action is always under the direction of the account manager. I asked to withdraw my deposit and the account specifically told me that the only way to withdraw my funds would be by entering a trade. And yet here we are no funds have been received. Please be careful, do you research, understand the systems you are entering into.
I've just been trading with Earningcrypt.io and can confidently say from my experience I found they are fundamentally flawed and have no idea. They talk a big game, and make a lot of claims which simply can't be verified. Their people offer advice and say its all from a team of analysts however when there's no hint of a plan, no strategy, no discussion as to 'why', and they're umming and ahr'ing over what to do, it's not even polished garbage!! Further, when they're not even using stop losses on short trades, and can't even set up trailing stop losses, so you should know there's a problem. It's amateur hour! They seem to be just shooting from the hip! The reality is that their trading platform is basic and lacks many essential analytics, such as volume and EMA. The clown who was supposed to be my Account Manager suggested I embark on a couple of short trade, with no stop loss, no plan, then ghosted me for a week when it all went the wrong direction!!! He told me on another trade going long on an oil derivative, that his Sheik from the UAE "had just done the same thing, so what do you think" ... yet that derivative had just hit an all time high, and had just leaped up there with fundamental news, yet all the technical analysis was pointing down.... and down it went, a massive loss. Amateurs? I'll let you decide! It should be what you read on some of the FX and Trading Company review pages too but they haven't really done any real investigation, all that's been done is a look at their website - you can tell because they're quoting it, and there's no evidence or review from a personal experience... When trading anything, go with someone reputable that you can contact, see, and touch, the rest are just hiding in the internet ready to take your hard earned money. Good luck! As an update and reply to your reply below - I missed the time cut-off to reply directly but definitely have an account - First name is Brad (look a little harder!), BALANCE-$0.93 (down from $40k in 6 weeks! VERY WELL DONE!)
