Defrauded out of most of my life savings by DUALIX brokers I have been defrauded out of most of my life's savings by Dualix brokers Hasib Tabak and Robert Dogloo. I am new to trading and DUALIX brokers knew this. They told me what to trade in and exactly how much to invest in every case. They awarded themselves massive commissions such that I was left with no reserves to continue to invest. They called me every day, sometimes twice a day and each time asked that I share the screen with them. Now they are not responding to my requests for help and ignoring all my correspondence.
This is an up date of my previous review dated June 2020:- I have tried to copy and paste the response from the Cypriot ombudsman, its not working. But They have made the decision, that I am entitled to the maximum aloud of 100,000 euros to be returned to me. The company is a disgrace, please don't go near them. It took 18 months and it cost me a lot of money to achieve this.
They had desapear, I can not contact the company or my manage account and I can not recover my money back. I already had try in all the ways to contact the company, and already had asked my money back, and they don’t respond me back.Be careful and never invest on this company!!!!
No communication anymore until now all communication was perfect (with a guy called AMER) and all payments and returns worked as discussed. Since there is an info that Dualix is under revision of the local autorities of cyprus all trades are blocked. But You are also not able to close active deals (function is OFF) or to transfer the money back to the bank account. Communication is OFF except for a letter to close all trades until Nov.29,2021. But the function if OFF. A contact to an international lawyer seems in order.
To all who are thinking about dealing with Dualix. I was told everything is save and this will mean your Money will work for you. The most taken word was „preearning season“ and you will earn Money. It Started at small amount but everytime I should invest More and more. If I was sure I don‘t want to invest more this was the breaking Point. I was not in any Priority group and therefore They let me fallen like an old apple. Finally all deals which have been made by Dualix itself were closed and so the complete amount was never existing. The peak of that history was That my account Manager said everything is okay when you can pay your Bills, unbelievable!!! This is definately The Opposite to Customer satisfaction. So since then I cannot sleep anymore and lost a lot of weight!! All my savings for my children for their future I will refund back from Dualix!
I came across this company to Invest in Bitcoins only.But they allegedly invested my Money also in Cruid Öl currencies etc wittert informing me in advance.As the result all my deposits we're lost in a Shorts time.Even worse,my Account was in deep red.A super expert named Robert Dog.assigned to me and only one concrete suggestion-to top up all the deposits! After I refused,my Account was Set to zero.Contact on Phone was not possible anymore-I heard an automated answer:"Phone number does not exsist". It was so by all possible interested parties that I called.Never Invest even one Euro with this Scan company!

Do NOT invest any of your money with this business. They will tell you it’s only a 10% RISK. This is complete lies. This is 100% RISK and you will LOSSE ALL your money within weeks . “The market has dropped” was there answer, this is lies. This is basically a casino . They want you to loose money so they get there % out of it. I have lost over €5000 within 5 weeks. They will ask you to invest €250 at the start to get it up and running then they will show you making profits to impress you. They will then say you need to invest more to make more which the human thing is “you will” because you are making money on your initial €250. I was that stupid person who did this. Please take my advice and STAY CLEAR . (Richard M was the guys name) your account manage , but I’m sure this name changes with different clients. Regards
Update on my previous review. Everything is as described, had a great communication with my account manager, platform works great and I even managed to withdraw some money.

Realible and easy to use
This company does not obey by GDPR rules. Upon first setup of my acocunt (by phone) I did not tranfer any money, though they pressure you quite hard to do so. After a week they called me and I asked them to delete my account and all of my data. They kept asking me "why". I repeated up to 3 times I want them to delete my account and all of my personal data. Remember, I did not even have any money there, nor did I execute any transaction. They continued to ask why untill I hang up. In accordance to their TOS I sent them a mail to delete my account and remove all of my data. I got a confirmation that my account was "disabled". "Disabling" is not "deleting" and so my suspicion was right. I kept getting phonecalls to activate my account Which is not in line with GDPR law. I again contacted them asking to delete my personal information. They claimed they had a requirement by law to hold on to my info. I asked them by what law they needed to keep which information and for how long. I did not get a response. some time later the mail me back claiming they now deleted my account. Funnily enough, that same day (and several days later) they call me up again... "to activate my account". So they are still using my personal info for commercial reasons and not the legal ones they mentioned. By the way... their system sends "password reset" mails with your password in cleartext. So security is also flawed. Do not deal with this company.
On April 20th I was looking for a safe solution to invest my money in bitcoins. the minimum investment was 250€. Fair! and than the rip-off started; Dualix called me to "explain" me their solution and to provide me instructions. I had the choice between a "trader" account and an "investor account"; with the latter you paid a fee on the profit of 2% to get a Managed service but with a minimum investment of 2250€ Looked reasonable to me. After 5 days I informed them that I would stop the trial and that they had to return my investment. Since then they are stealing my money. I cannot stop them, I do not have control about my own account. On the 13th i wrote my first review about them! on the 14th, my so called manager called me to blame me that i had written a negative review about them in Trustpilot. He assured me my money was safe. Today, i asked them how i could get my money recuperated and he clearly informed me that my money was gone! I trusted this company since they have a payment license of the Cyprus National Bank (that is what Dualix claims). I will file a complaint against Dualix at the Cypriot National Bank and with the Belgian Cyber Crime Unit.
Mannn Dualix is really a scam!! My account manager Ahmad lost all my money in 8 days by doing ridiculous trades that doesn’t make sense at all! I wanted to close the trades but that wasn’t possible they controlled my account and I could do anything. I was not aloud to withdraw my money either. And they don’t respond at you! Only in the beginning but when They have your money it’s done!! DONT DO IT!!
Hello there! i joined this company not so long ago, but its not my first time trading... As most people i started out by making losses until I got used to how it all works. In my experience with this brand, they have been straight forward with me, not always telling me what I wanted to hear, 🤣but they have always been straight. Highly recommended broker
