Summary
The reviewer describes Delta-Fx as a fraudulent broker that repeatedly demanded unreasonable fees under various pretenses. Initially investing $5,000, they were told their account had grown dramatically, but each attempt to withdraw funds triggered new charges: capital gains tax, late fees, network fees, asset recovery fees, and a “hot wallet fee.” Despite assurances that no further payments would be required, another supposed representative later demanded a 10% commission for asset recovery. The reviewer warns that Delta-Fx is not licensed by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and asserts that clients will never recover their money, as the company continually invents new fees. They strongly advise others to avoid this broker, calling it a complete scam.

I was referred to Delta-Fx by an internationally known cryptocurrency expert. I initially invested approximately $5,000 in April 2024. After the initial investment period, which was about 4-6 weeks, my account had supposedly grown to over $68,000. Delta-Fx then informed me that I owed nearly $9,000 in capital gains tax. I hesitated to pay this tax and was then charged a late fee of approximately $4,000. After paying the above fees, Delta-Fx charged me a network fee, a top-up fee, an asset recovery fee (my assets were supposedly lost when they were being transferred to my Coinbase account), and a hot wallet fee. To make a very long story short, I have paid around $39,000 in fees to Delta-Fx. My account has allegedly grown to over $152,000, which seems unbelievable. When I paid the hot wallet fee ($3,020), Delta-Fx assured me that I would not be charged any more fees. They sent me an email on January 17, 2025, which stated that, “Once the Hot Wallet Fee of $3,020 has been cleared, no further fees or taxes including but not limited to capital gains tax, late fees, network fees, or any other charges will be assessed. This payment will settle your account in full, and you will not be required to make any additional payments.” After my assets were recovered, I received an email from James Wilson, who claimed to be an attorney in England. Mr. Wilson informed me that I owe him a 10% commission ($15,200) for his role in the recovery of my lost assets. I will not pay this exorbitant fee. Delta-Fx is not authorized to do business in the U.K. by the Financial Conduct Authority. Do not do business with this broker. You will never get any money from them. Delta-Fx will just keep charging you more outrageous fees. They are a total scam. *Please read another extremely negative review of Delta-Fx on reddit.com.
