After 8 months I have finally got my Darwinex zero account heading in the right direction. I placed an XAUUSD trade which suffered bad slippage and the SL was missed so it’s a big setback. I contacted support who basically said it’s tough. I’m done with Darwinex, going to trade with my own capital.
Even though takes 15 days to get the darwin score then payout is monthly if you upgrade. If not its every 3 months. Still a 5 star in my books, since they basically allow all kinds of trading no restrictions.

Very expensive pricing, very wide spread and very big commission, you have to trade long time before reading a score to get some pricing discounts And I decided to withdraw and my withdrawal is pending 2 days now not processed

Great platform, great metrics, great tech overall. It would be great to have if the notification will tell when there are new investors investing to our ticker. Received several payouts from them, it was smooth.

The verification process was straightforward and the withdrawal was quite fast.
I've had an Investor account for almost four years. When I tried to invest and the platform wouldn't allow it, Support told me to take the Suitability Test again because it was too old. The result was "Not Suitable" for Portfolio Management (Investor), Not approved. I suspect this is because I lose money every year on their platform, which increases their percentage of retail investor accounts, and they are forced to show this. In any case, I don't mind, but my money is stuck in my account, and I can't invest or withdraw it. Two months have passed, and the support response is always the same: "We escalated your case internally for additional review." They haven't done anything for two months! This is ridiculous. Edit: They sent me the money manually, because they do not fix the broken interface. The next person in the same situation is about to face it again.

I had a very positive experience with Darwinex. Their customer service was fast, professional, and genuinely helpful. My issue was handled very quickly and clearly, and the whole process felt smooth and well organized. I would especially like to thank Giacomo for his kind, prompt, and efficient support. He helped resolve my request quickly and made the experience exceptionally pleasant. I truly appreciate the high level of service and communication. Based on my experience, Darwinex stands out as a company that takes customer support seriously.
The platform is extremely complicated. I tried using it as a signal provider (I am a successful trader with my oldest account reaching 1000% gain, on another platform), but the interface is confusing, with signal provider tools and investor pages all mixed together. Navigation is difficult and unintuitive. After I gave up on signal providing, I deposited £500 to experiment with a few signals to copy over a month and lost around £20. Stopping trades is frustrating—errors like “margin too low” appear even when there are no open positions. Withdrawals are also inconvenient; I had to withdraw in two parts, and the platform charges a fee each time. Overall, the experience was unnecessarily complicated, and customer support frequently couldn’t answer my questions. I’m disappointed and have no plans to return.

I’ve had some missing reports as of late. Darwinex admitted the issue but still keep missing getting reports from time to time . This service can surely be improved.
Stay away from Darwinex unless you enjoy being rekt. I thought I found some serious alpha with their Darwin IA crap but it is just a massive rug pull in slow motion. The platform is a total ghost town when it comes to security. I spent weeks building up my position only to have my account frozen for no reason. Their tech is absolute garbage. The dashboard looks like it was coded by a toddler and the lag is unreal. I was trying to close a position during a high volatility window and the whole site just died. By the time I could get back in I was completely rekt. To make it worse a notification popping up at the worst possible moment told me my withdrawal was cancelled because of some vague security audit that never ends. This broker is pure fraud. They make it impossible to get your capital out while they bleed you dry with hidden fees. Total ngmi vibes from the support team who just send scripted bot replies. If you have funds stuck there you are basically toast. I almost gave up until I connected with 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝘀𝘁𝗲𝘅-𝗟𝗽. They actually know how to track these offshore scammers and get results. They actually helped me reclaim what was mine.
I think everything is fair and transparent. I like it and plan to continue with Darwinex.
I am trying to withdraw my own live funds from the account on darwinex and they’re rejecting it. Not allowing to withdraw my own deposit. Very suspicious! 1 star for me until they rectify me and return the funds I am trying to withdraw which are currently held in the account. I then receive an email that I have requested the cancellation of withdrawal which is completely untrue. Very suspicious activity. If it isn’t darwinex at fault for the withdrawal then their security measures are definitely at fault if my funds are not protected. (Non trading funds, kept in the wallet). On top of this I have contacted them and had zero response from support.
Outstanding service from this broker this year - notably the speed of deposits and withdrawals - long may it continue!

increasing and high subscription prices, unclear and complex calculations
Honestly best company ever! Frikken love the idea and love that a company is willing to invest into one’s trading. Markets are smooth and haven’t ever had an issue! Been with them since April 2025 so not long but best market conditions. Roboforex been with them for years and had multiple issues since the start and Darwin is a very well constructed company. Definitely worth it.
Good platform for investing in traders. Smooth onboarding process and transections.
