Dear Relevant Authorities, I am Bilgehan Koç, a citizen of Turkey. I am writing to report that I have been defrauded by CryptoIFX, a forex and commodity investment company, and have suffered a loss of approximately 70,000 USD. I initially contacted CryptoIFX on 02.05.2024 with the intention of making investments. I was assigned a consultant named Arslan Korkmaz, with whom I maintained regular communication at the beginning. Over the course of a few months, I invested a total of 70,000 USD. However, when I attempted to withdraw my profits or even my initial capital, I encountered constant obstacles. Every time I requested a withdrawal, the company came up with various excuses. For example, they claimed that I needed to make additional investments, increase my free margin, or complete certain share contract transactions before I could withdraw my funds. During this process, the phone numbers and email addresses listed on the company's website became unreachable. I also lost contact with the consultant assigned to me, as I could no longer reach them via phone or Telegram. I could only communicate with them when they initiated contact, but I was unable to reach them through any of the numbers they provided. Throughout this process, the company effectively seized my funds and refused to allow me to withdraw my money without any valid justification. This situation has caused me significant financial and emotional distress. Therefore, I am filing an official complaint against CryptoIFX and seeking justice. I request that appropriate actions be taken to rectify this situation and to prevent similar incidents from happening to other investors. I have attached all relevant documents and communication records for your review. I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and to scrutinize the company's operations.
