Avoid Cryptoaltum at all costs. Their customer service is non-existent, and they make it nearly impossible to withdraw your funds. I was lucky to recover my funds through a third-party crypto tracker. Don't risk your money with this dishonest platform.

So they are apparently closed for trading from November 2022 and its now 3month later but did not inform clients like me that they were doing this and you wont be able to trade so now I'm locked out my account, the client portal is non existing and my Meta trader state my account is invalid, so no access to my funds or trading and just met with this message "Hello, we're currently migrating our systems to a new infrastructure, therefore we’re not currently accepting trading. Please bear with us and we'll inform you as soon as we are back." This is very unethical and so much market activity has happened and all the potential gains all lost... and just to be met with no response... did they go down with FTX??

I have found on CryptoAltum the closest support system than found on alternative crypto trading platforms. It's easy to use and has a very functional multi-coin and multipurpose wallet system for trading, withdrawal, deposit, holding and exchange all within the same seamless utility system. I give Crypto Altum a five-star specifically for it's MT5 integrated trading system. It's the best of the best in fact and is highly recommended for every trader looking for a trustworthy broker to anchor on.

Very good broker, they responded very quickly to all my inquiries in chat, they are honest and knowledeable.
They've never wronged me, and the one time there was an error in their system, they compensated me. My only complaint is that their withdrawals aren't automated (even on small amounts) which means the withdrawal time is inconsistent. Note: I only trade BTC/USD, so the spreads on other pairs don't mean much to me.
