You Cannot contact Cryptoallday directly. You have to ring citizens advice bureau. I spoke to citizens advice and raised the issue to Cryptoallday. Citizens advice Gave the impression that trading standards would very likely not respond or deal with the issue. Sadly I have no confidence in trading standards now, due to being unable to communicate with them directly.

So sad that these people pretend to be professionals and want to help you make money but the truth is that they take everything off you. I saved my money and invested in bitcoin. I saw an advertisement on facebook about cryptoallday I inquired and instantly they got in touch with me and convinced me to transfer all my crypto including 52 bitcoins. An account manager named Brian was very convincing told me that he was to be trusted and that I would not be making a mistake but omg after several conversations he sounded like the most nicest guy and he had two accomplices named Chris and Anna they helped me set up a KYC account even with an authentication code set up, seemed very professional.This Brian guy kept calling me saying how he was doing great things and he kept telling me to invest more and more because he has clients that want to trades on some kind of arbitration deal, My account was growing nicely with 117 bitcoins. And then Brian said he had a family emergency and Chris was going to be there for me and that’s when my account went to zero. I hope these people are caught and dealt with because it’s devastating to lose all of my retirement savings and my family has broken up from this causing sadness and depression .This happened in 2018 but I live every single day with terrible memories. I just put in the date 7 August 23 because I couldn’t submit it if it happened more than 12 months ago

This is a scam! Michael Green suddenly is Michael brown They contact you through phone, Skype. First make it look for month's they are tripling your money and then all of a sudden lose it all in one our. But if you check the trade they lose all your money on on www.trading view, it's non existing! Then they call for more investment to make good. Please don't fall for this scam. Their office at this moment is an adres with a chemical company in Milano Italy, Look it up! Don't be fooled! I have small kids and am a father allone We are now in big trouble. One day we will find these guy's Because all their transactions are on the bitcoin blockchain To be seen for ever for everybody.
CRYPTOALLDAY RUN A SCAM SERViCE Cryptoallday run a scam service, where they take your money, whilst deliberately planning to disappear after a set period. Myself and a group of colleagues have suffered at their hands..These people have no remorse. They took a large amount of money from me over a period of time, and when the time came for me to withdraw they gave a feeble excuse about some trade going wrong that resulted in the loss of all their client's funds. Then they make themselves uncontactable. They are still trying to do the same with new customers, so PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

CryptoAllDay is a SCAM!!! Do not invest any money with this 'FAKE' company. You won’t get it back and they will pester you for more. They say they will help invest your money but they are not licensed so are unable to make investments. They make it look as though they are, by letting you withdraw small amounts back to your account to encourage you to deposit more. These aren't real investments/trading, just playing on the screen with non-existent trades.
I start to invest last June 5k after that they let me withdraw 1k then I trust them. I put more to invest for 40k then I managed to withdraw. Michael Green he was sell a lot to show me they made 15% profit per month then I trust them to recommend to my family and friends 24th June 2019 John call me to lost the trade asked to top up 20k more to recovery and I told them I didn't have money. Now my family and friends lost over £700000. My sister has to stay in the hospital for depression because she lost all her money. These people haven't got heart. They steal all money for poor people. I believe they will receive bad Karma. Go around and come around. If you do not want to loose mine do not invest to this company.
This company are scams, they suck money from people who don’t know and try to invest, they will give little money out and then one you are trusting them to put more money in they will took and disappear all your money. I have been here and done it, people out there please don’t do what I do
Beware this is a SCAM!!! I invested £30,000 in 2019 over the course of 4 months with these crooks. A few days before I was due to make my first large withdrawal they claimed to have lost my entire account in one losing trade! This has happened to 15 other friends of mine too, these scammers have stolen over £750,000 from us as a group. BEWARE and whatever you do, do NOT invest unless you want to loose all your money!

I had a few cold calls from Steven Wilson explaining how nice it would be to invest in Bitcoins!He called me at least 7 weeks to explain, so I started to invest with a small a 10.000€ a month wich is really not enough! He has been stealing all mij money, telling me that my money has been invested and that I wont be able to recover it! Cryptoallday is an absolute scam and corn artists company. I lost $2900, my daughter $600 and my business partner 1.85 BTC. I confronted them amd they claimed its market volatility which is absolute hogwash. Don't even try putting your money with this bogus company. At first they act very professional amd supportive in order to lure you to invest and keep on depositing money. They freeze your account and the next time all your money is gone.
