I joined their platform because they say they encourage high-frequency trading and scalping trading strategies; once I did that successfully for only a month, they banned my account and accused me of 'latency arbitrage' based on suspicion, with no proof besides me making a profit on short-term trades, (Majority of which are between 30 seconds - 20 minutes). Not to mention, I trade on the one-minute time frames, and when I see profit, I take it regardless of how long it’s been open, not to mention nowhere on their site does it reference a 'trading minimum times' in any capacity. Then, instead of emailing me a warning or suspending my account, they completely banned me, took all my profits, and said I violated their terms and conditions. (Nowhere in these terms and conditions does it once say latency arbitrage is not allowed; it is apparently an unspoken rule along with minimum trade times) I have never violated any clause in your terms and never intend to. I didn't even know what latency arbitrage was until they accused me of it. Once they took all the money that I worked hard for, they “Generously” gave me back my initial deposit of $10,905.00 and confiscated my $26,095 of profit based on them not liking the way I traded and accusing me of unethical trading practices with zero proof. I accepted and read the terms and conditions when I signed up; there is no mention of “Trading time limits,” and they even encourage fast trades in your mission statement. But instead of contacting me via email to clarify or advise, they simply close my account, and state this decision is non-negotiable. I don’t even know what else to say at this point, besides I will continue to contact, post and blog about this situation until it is reanalyzed and resolved fairly. That was my time, money, and energy they took. I have chat screenshots, trade records (showing the majority of my trades are adequate timeframes to their unspoken 'standards'), and latency test results, proving my innocence. No proof was provided to me, none substantiated with even an ounce of validity of these alleged violations and no evidence backed by more than just suspicion and a number of positive 3-5 second trades. End result, I want to see my outstanding balance of $26,095 returned to me and my account reactivated and for us to go our separate ways. They even encourage high-frequency trading/scalping on their home page, and I have credible sources that state that whatever "Latency Arbitrage" is, it is not realistic for normal traders to implement and a myth overall: Not allowed to post links here so here is a synopsis of this article: If a man stands at the finish line of a horse race and he physically sees which horse crosses the finish line first, versus a delayed outcome on TV he has no advantage, the bet was placed before the race even began, ergo 'Latency Arbitrage' is not profitable unless on massive scale hypothetical. (Which I have no ability to do obviously). If you don't believe me simply google 'Latency Arbitrage Profitable'. But the ridiculousness of this accusation is that me a broke man in his mid 20's is somehow able to do this? I also have screenshots of my conversations with their employees that confirm everything I am saying is true as far as the reason for my wrongful termination. I urge them to reconsider their position on the matter, less this proceed any further. Definition of Scalping: Often classified as a subtype of the day trading technique, scalping involves multiple trades of very short holding periods from a few seconds to minutes. Do not under any circumstances give these people your money regardless of how tempting their trading conditions might appear; in a single moment, they will take everything and throw you into a box of bureaucracy and tell you some imaginary unspoken reason that's not stated anywhere as to why they did it. I have several friends that also use this platform, I have already warned them and now I am warning you. Save yourself the heartache and anger I have suffered, trade through a regulated platform, it's not worth the minimal upsides. Sidenotes: They are now screening my live chat questions about their policies, and unspoken rules. I am an average trader, just started studying about 4 months ago, and was unbelievable excited about not being stuck in bad trades and turning great profit. Imagine being finally financially independent for the first time in your life, consistently getting up early and doing well for yourself, then they decide simply "No." and take everything. Extra sidenote: if they reply to this with some gaslighting unsubstantiated explanation...DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. I will update this review if they ever actually make this atrociously unethical set of decisions right. Spread the word.
The interface doesn’t update when I deposit money or earn profits.
I've been trading with them like 2 years and never had an issue with them. If I had any problems they solved it immediately. I've withdrawn thousands with any problem. They're doing a good job🙌.
Just started with them and so far so good. I saw all the negative reviews here, and wanted to give them a good one based on my experience. I have made a withdrawal today and had no issues. Took around an hour to process and received in my BTC wallet.
i've been trading fx markets longer than 10 years. Used more than 20 fx brokers since then. Maybe (mostly) because of luck or maybe because of meticulous broker researches of mine i've always managed to withdraw money until this day. Today, after very long chat conversations and opening endless mail tickets, i understood that there is no way i am taking my money back. i am happy that i lost less than 500$ so that's a relief. 2023-09-05 Update : i missed a mail from trustpilot about Cryptorocket requesting update my review or my review may be flagged by them. So i am updating my review. They blocked my account so i can't take any of my money. NEVER send them any money. That's my experience if anyone cares.
I put $500 then ended up profiting more then $5,000 in less than a day so I decided to call it quits and withdrawal while I was ahead, then they made me charge $1,500 withdrawal fee and now I haven’t seen any of the money in my account and I was going to use that money to pay for my mums funeral. I have photo proof of all this information if they try to deny this
Awful... I have a lot of money on my account and they are asking me $485 just to withdraw to my bank account!!! What is that for? Also, before being able to withdraw I had to pay $510 to upgrade my account otherwise I would not be able to do anything UNTIL I pay.... Never saw a platform like that... Very disappointed. Scammers.... You can see the money in there, but you cannot do anything an less you pay fee after fee, and still you can't do anything....
These f...rs are theifs.. they chase you down to bust.. IT doesn't follow the market.. just crook's..I gave them a chance.. they I started with 200$ was ran down to 10$ built back to 400$ just to be ripped off Don't believe me Try it
Used to be good, going to look for a new broker. They have one of the most insanes and minipilations ever now 🚮👎🏽

One of the best brokers for Crypto. Good spreads, fast support, easy registration. Overall - really happy with my experience with them so far!
I’ve used this broker for mainly trading forex pairs and crypto currencies, I found they have plenty of instruments to trade with good leverage options. It was relatively quick and simple to set up an account and I found the customer support friendly and helpful.
I've been using this companies services for about 18 months or so now and I'm still very impressed. There's not many places out there offering crypto trading conditions as good as this. I know one thing is for sure. I will never trade on a traditional form of crypto exchange again! The customer service has also been great on the few occasions I've needed it. Keep up the good work gang!
Been with these guys for about a year now. Mainly joined due to choice of crypto and able to fund account with BTC. Have been pretty solid on trade execution and customer support have been great whenever facing any problems. Some tighter spreads would be nice but no worse than my other brokers. Would recommend.
So far this broker has been awesome ..the support team is very nice and helps you with everything..tight spreads and execution..def the best so far but have not yet cashed out ..been using them for about a couple weeks now ..
I use this broker a lot for my crypto trading. I prefer it to trading on exchanges as it's so much more simple! I like to keep all my pairs against the dollar as I find it hard to judge when its one coin against another. The best thing though is that they give 100:1 leverage, which I can not find on ANY of the crypto exchanges. Much easier to make some decent profits when markets are ranging
This are simple and easy to use and MT4 is a great platform. Also I am really happy that they let me scalp and use bots it is really a good way to make money.
I like the easy withdrawals and that I can trade on weekends with the crypto pairs to scratch that trade itch lol.
Been trading with Cryptorocket for a month now and I am very pleased. My largest withdrawal was $2.4k in one withdrawal and it cleared within 3 hours. Can't beat that..
Good broker from many view points. The best one is the opportunity for anonymous trading.
