At first, the platform I used seemed completely legitimate—smooth deposits and quick responses. But the moment I tried to withdraw my funds, communication stopped entirely. Thankfully, I found help through a Google search (refer to my display name and profile photo). The team I contacted guided me through the recovery process, and to my surprise, they actually came through. I’m beyond grateful for their support and professionalism.
i put in my money in the hopes that i would be able to withdraw immediately if i need to but much to my dismay, i couldn't withdraw, i reached out to the support team for help but they kept giving me evasive responses. The guys in my DP helped me get my money back though.
My experience is proving this to be a scam. I deposited money and followed a copy trader within the platform I had contact with. Made some decent gains and then the copy trader wanted to up the minimum on copy trade accounts so I was given the ability to withdraw. I was told that the copy traders 20% fee has to be paid from outside the platform; which should have screamed scam to me. But I really needed these withdrawal funds to help pay for some family needs. I paid the money and had it confirmed received. I processed a withdrawal and it changed to ‘processing’ Support told me 24hours and have since gone ghost, as has the copy trader. Their site claims, fast withdrawals but this is not true. It’s been many days now and I’m fed up with it. Wilful Negligence and potential Fraud being adopted by CrescoNexus and I feel sorry for anyone else who have had to deal with this and the depressive thoughts and feelings that can ensue from false hopes and putting faith in the wrong place. I have been patient; I have been kind and courteous to support, my copy trader etc. I even had intention to come back with a larger sum (had they honoured my withdrawal) which would have only been to their benefit. I’m wholeheartly disappointed by the conduct of CrescoNexus at this point. 24/7 support is not that. Only receiving updates in hopes it would likely suspend their clients further enquiry for a time.
