I have not been able to withdraw my balance(funds). I can't change my withdrawing card to another one or can't add bank for direct transfer. Why is it only one way of withdrawing i.e you can only withdraw through the way you deposited.

CPTMARKETS, SCAMMER. A fraudulent and con-scheming Forex Trading agency. This company initially makes you sleep on bird-feather pillows by connecting you with several of their hypocritical agents ; first, DENNIS, the joker, who lures you into trading by quoting all the certificates of competence granted by the cream of the crop of financial sector arbitrators, tempting you to jump right into the scheme! Then comes SOPHIE, the chief supervisor who superficially introduces you to the foreign currency market, encouraging you to bet in tens of thousands rather than the tiny 250.00 USD with which you committed following their advertisement.. then she refers you to her subordinate VLADIIR, the chief dealer who assures you of their integrity and continues the education by making you more autonomous concerning withdrawals of profits and their deposits in your card. then suddenly arrives the magician FADI ALAMI HADDAD who sticks the "MY DEAR" at you left and right, promising you the earth, but whose main role is to insidiously lead you to commit to thousands of dollars concerning sure predictions for the gold market. In fact, this last scammer, who thinks he is the most skillful, was set up to insidiously encourage you to bet big in thousands of dollars since none of the first ones were able to succeed. And when he realizes that he cannot do it, he lets you go in the middle of a crisis of your modest bets without you being able to withdraw your profits or even your capital. In fact, they mislead you first by convincing you that with a starting registration of 250.00 USD, you can win sums such as $1200.00 in a week and let you judge by a small sample without giving you more information to be independent. But when you reproach them for their failure to keep their promises, they tell you that you have to commit larger sums, between $10,000.00 and $20,000.00, otherwise they are not interested in wasting their time for "minimal" gains of $20.00 to $70.00 and refer you to a subordinate then to another more vicious in his tactics so that now I have my stake of $250.00 and a minimal profit that I cannot withdraw. And the crook who promised me the earth has not answered my "whatsapp calls" for two weeks. Leaving me to my fate, I could no longer connect to my account; the username which is my email address being canceled by them, So I remain frustrated by this scam to the height of theft red-handed, I find myself with ZERO BALANCE, AND STOPPING OF THE CURRENCY GRAPHS AS BY MAGIC. This insidious fake token had previously led me to leave a "glorifying review" for cptmarkets by means of salads of promises to the "SALAMALEK" in profusion as a guide to my fortune. This is the course of my adventure with this CPTMARKETS agency which deals with stock market trading by shameless cheating, throwing me out of their currency exchange business by brigandage, ending after almost 25 days, on this very day of June 20th, 2025

I enter 0.01 lots maybe 30 positions my position is runig more then 8 minutes and I get 0.01 lot 2.50$ 2.40$ 2.60$ profit after closeding these trades I enter more lots 0.01 lot and I get 13$ profit 11$ profit every 0.01 lot. I make profit my account balance 500$+ I submit withdrawal request 500$ and I trade I make 400$ profit again today my withdrawal is reject and return to my account mt5 and I received email Notice of Termination- Accounts: 4744925 this is scam broker please don't invest here you lose only your balance. This practice leverages temporary differences in price feeds in ways that disrupt the fair-trading environment we uphold. 1. It's been days, a week actually attempting to make a withdrawal but my account is blocked for KYC, I submitted everything that was requested but I still can't withdraw. Bad communication for an entire week. Definitely not using this platform ever again.

This finance broker is nothing but a cheat and fraud. I invested in them and until this moment i have been unable to withdraw both my profit and my deposit. Their customer service stopped replying messages till today, they should be ashamed of themselves. I was just lucky to come across TON TRADING, this platform made my dreams come true and they are highly recommended.
They are a bunch of thieves and deceivers, and they only want your money because if you ask for a withdrawal, you will never get it from them, so save your money and never bring it to this company. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I recommend PAIVA. They do pay.
It's a fraud company. After adding money they will not allowed to withdraw the amount. And the customer care complained option is not working. I had also done real name verification process. This is totally fraud. I have 1950.92 dollar in the account. When I told to withdraw in their customer service number they didn't response and now I am blocked on that number. If any one from the company is reading this then please share contact number or email id and help me to withdraw the amount.

Mr Joseph Moonjely is a CPT marketing "customer service" employee in south africa. I have traded with CPT for two years and did not have any problems. Then I was admitted in hospital and couild not trade for a couple of months. I deposited one thousand rands in CPT`s account. When i started to trade i noticed my spreads was as high as 40 pips. I contacted Mr Moonjely and he told me that it is the best "they" could do for me. They state on their portfolio that if you deposit $50 in your Classic account, spread would be 1.2 pips, they dont mention that pips would be varaible. I understand that spreads changes every second.....but up to 45 pips and over. I dont know if it is a policy of CPT or just Mr Moonjely that is treating me unfair. I know that CPT can modify your complete profile as for it to suit them and make trading imposible to profit from your deposit. Now { 11/3/25} i am not able to trade anything, not even on a micro lot. I have tried to contact them but is being ignored. I dont know if it is CPT or just Mr Moonjely and will be putting this on all social media and all broker media available. Regards.

The CPT broker does not respect privacy at all, and managers constantly contact you to deposit an amount and do not allow you to withdraw under various pretexts.
