I have been using this broker for a two years now and am very satisfied. The platform is stable and the broker is intuitive to use. Transaction costs are very low compared to other providers, and there are no hidden fees. Customer service also responded within a few hours to a question I had about a dividend payment. Highly recommended for anyone serious about investing.

Still a new user so I haven’t really gotten any problems as of yet. I think it is a really nice and easy platform to use… I can use it with TradingView so that’s a bonus for me. But the most excellent part is you have Murat who gives a really good and friendly costumer service. You can ask him anything he is always happy to help! So up until this point I am a very happy client!
Till now a great broker been solving a few issues as quickly as they can fast response time and always willing to think along.

I had contact with murat from colmex and he explained me al the different accounts and helped me to choose one and gave me the instructions to use it. The service is very good and the platform is also nice but you have to use it more to know how it works.
