Summary
Multiple reviewers accuse the broker of scamming practices: hiding or later inventing numerous fees, showing inflated account values on-screen, blocking withdrawals and access, and demanding more money before releasing funds. Customers report terrible, unresponsive customer support and chaotic account handling; several say they lost significant sums (one mentions $200 initially, another mentions $79,000). Some reviewers claim the platform’s positive reviews are fake. A few users say they were ultimately helped by external parties—one mentions involving a firm called Rose Lane GP and others refer to contacts listed in the broker’s bio that assisted with resolution. Reviewers strongly warn others to avoid the service.

I’ve come to realize those reviews were all fake. I was only saved from complete loss by the help of those in the bio.

They deserve zero star. I had a very chaotic time with them. They took all my money and refused all my attempt to pull out. They frustrated my effort and got me locked out until I made the call to the worthy firm that made the resolution process work. The pictureshowing in the profile has the information you may require to begin your resolution process
