Summary
An investor reports that a small investment grew to over €10,000, but when they tried to withdraw half to a Bitvavo account and have fees deducted from that transfer, the broker demanded €1,000 upfront before releasing any funds. The investor suspects a scam, says they would have paid fees after receiving half the money but the company refused, and now refuses to pay the upfront fee and may accept the loss. The company reportedly changed its name from JBYCapital. The investor urges anyone unable to withdraw to seek legal help and report the broker using the contact listed in the title.

I have invested a small amount, which has become more than 10.000 euro. Now I wanted to remit half the amount to my bitvavo account and pay possible fees from this amount after remittance. But they want me to pay 1000 euro before they remit my money. This looks like scam! I f they remit half the amount first I am more than willing to pay any fee, e.g. 1000 euro, to get the other half also. Seems to me no problem for cmcapital. They are not interested and so I will not pay any fee and take the risk a loss more. Moreover this company has changed his name. Before it was jbycapital.
