The trading platform presentation is very clear, informative and quick. It lost one star as it can sometimes be too busy, too many options, and too easy to lose the saved screen format. The platform provides quick and secure funds transfer, and is quick and easy to login. Customer service is patient and helpful.

The team communicate with each other, there is a lot to be said for this in the times we are currently going through. Personal customer service goes a very long way, there are so may companies that make you feel like a number nowadays, or agents just pass the book. I spoke to numerous staff that all seemed to understand the sitiuation and worked together with staff in another department to give me a solution, in good time.

Easy to approach help desk. The platform is easy to use with various tools that help trading. Been using platform for nearly a decade. Trading should be carried out after getting some training using virtual account. Spread betting is risky and as stated about 70%+ bets would lead to losses.

Still no withdrawl allowed of my funds. Its now been 6 weeks, numerious calls, emails and still no way of withdrawl activated. Spoke to one person who acknowledged that CMC are in the wrong, he is trying to assist but it does seem CMC are locking up any funds that was due to their loss in court, they are not liking the idea of the funds now getting withdrawn to use on other platforms. They are not to be trusted, and highly reccomend trading on another platform. To CMC, ill continue to write poor reviews till the day you release my funds.

Do not recommend!!! If you are a serious trader, do a thorough research about these brokers before trading/investing and you will save yourself from losses. Be careful and do not invest your hard earned money with any such broker without proper understanding of their operations.
I have been with CMC for over a year and I have little complaints. Sometimes, I wish there was more margin ratio. As some brokers have said 100:1. But overall, I am satisfied with your business model. Cheers.
