Empty promises! The broker I was assigned kept pressuring me to top up my account $5,000 or more. He said the original $250 I had opened with, would not make me any money. Barely 24 hours after I topped up my account with $2,000, my account was wiped clean. He kept claiming the company would give me a bonus to recover my account, but it’s been 5 weeks now. Zero communication, nothing. After going quiet on me for about two weeks, I tested him by saying I wanted to top up more money. Someone that had ghosted me for weeks suddenly called back claiming many things. And when I told him I was not going to top up any money, he ghosted me again up to date.

Their trading officers are not proffessional at all. They work against your own interest. For example yesterday 12th Nov 2025 one of them " Mansour from Dubai office" called me for a life time opportunity to open sell order for palladium that is going down for sure. But what happen directly i open the sell order that it went up signifactly and i lost all my money 23$k and the account closed. This is just 1 example which is the last example. Before this CM officer called me i was managing my self alone much better. Moreover pls note that i understand the market volatility and risk thats why i was trading cautiously before CMtrading expert called me. And he is the one who advise me to open sell order of Palladium which was not entirely in my mind. But as an CM expert and consultant ( thats what i believed ) he persuade me that he has information and assured me based on his experience that it will go down so i follow the CMtrading expert advise which later i knew his advise was against my interest and he himself appears like an amature with no trading experience. The idea of intiating a sell order of palladium was not from me but " Mansour the CMtrading expert and manager of dubai office ! " I was managing my self cautiously but he called me from nowhere and told me to do so. So in summary CMtrading suppose to educate its staff and experts very well becoz they are amature and need a lot of expertise in trading before they can advise another people

I felt this company is fraudulent and that was justified. I ply for withdrawal and it was acknowledged but never approved. Months later I was charged for inactivity. I applied for a withdrawal of my balance, it was acknowledged, approved and the money left my account but have not received the same withdrawal over six months after. Well done CMTrading.
The market analysis that was asinged to me only cared about me investing more money than actually helping to understand the market. I also asked for another market analysis after been disrespected by her and nothing changed she is still my market analysis. I have also had 2 big losses which I believe could have been avoided if I had better help since I am new to trading with no experience. Also money isn't coming as easy as the representatives would make it sound.

It's more than two weeks since I deposited my money.i was told a market analyst or a mentor will call me, but no one has called me yet. I deposited $250 today following a message that says if I deposited $250 I will receive $500 extra but that $500 is not showing anywhere in my account
