Hi Good afternoon l want to say that l was quite excited to trade n chose CMT. The manager is trying to assist who is Vladimir from Bulgaria. He is also a bias person and tries to accommodate me . Im still learning however l Notice that the page or history on his side is reflecting EVERYTHING..BUT ITS NOT REFLECTED ON MY SIDE OR PAGE..Y IS THIS SO ..ALSO NOTICE THAT SOMETIMES I HAVE TO PUNCH IN MY EMAIL N PASSWORD N SOMETIMES NOT..SO ACTUALLY WHO HAS ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT. I trust and hope that soon I can give a positive review. However, at the moment, I must admit that I am a very disappointed client. This entire week feels wasted, especially considering the high expectations I had after my initial conversation with Sylvia when I made my payment. I was informed by Jad that Mr. Alaa would be my market analyst. He called me on 29th October to introduce himself, and we agreed to start our session the following day 30Oct25 at 11:00 a.m. my time (10:00 a.m. his time). I even took the morning off to give the session my full attention. Unfortunately, 11:00 a.m. came and went, and there was no communication. I tried reaching out via phone and WhatsApp but received no response. Later, at 16:25 hrs, he sent me a simple “Hello” message, which I responded to at 17:25 hrs — yet there has been no follow-up from him since. At this point, I am confused and disappointed. I had hoped to at least gain some knowledge or material to study over the weekend. Could you please advise on what’s next? Will I finally see some progress soon, or should I continue waiting in uncertainty? Also once the deposit is done, Is someone trading with it , or its just lying ,its a whole week gone. I will appreciate ,looking forward to giving positvie review.Thank you.

I contacted CM trading the first time, a few weeks ago. A man named Henry helped me. I invested my first R2000 and Henry said that he would trade with it and phone me back. Never heard from him again. I contacted CM Trading and asked for my money to be refunded, until I received a call from Victor, from CM Trading and he was wonderful. We went onto trading on Tuesday and Victor told me exactly what to do and today I had already made 80 USD. He seems to totally have my interests at heart I have paid the rest of my savings in now and pray that it will make money.

Good clear and honest communication from both Anita and Emmanuel. Clear step by step instructions on how to set up the platform and begin trading. Yet to check ease of withdrawing funds but so far so good.

Trading was okay for 9 days the analyst assisted to open trades everyday. However,am totally saddened on how he guided me to close profits,I realised a profit of 1097$ my very first profits,he congratulated me and left immediately,the profit didn't reach my account ,only to tell me that my trade got a stop out, really a trade that had been successfully closed? How? Where did my money go? I question the actions of the analyst and am totally distressed.
