Summary
Most reviews describe Cinpax as an unreliable or fraudulent broker that uses aggressive tactics to pressure clients into depositing more money. Many users report being promised high returns, VIP status, or special trading opportunities, only to lose their investments when withdrawals became impossible. Several reviewers mention that brokers constantly changed, communication stopped once deposits were made, and accounts were blocked or run into losses after following broker instructions. Customer support is described as unresponsive or nonexistent, with some claiming that provided documents and requests were ignored. A few reviewers say they eventually received refunds or assistance recovering funds, but the overall sentiment is overwhelmingly negative, warning others to avoid Cinpax due to unethical practices, loss of funds, and poor customer service.

This insurance company is completely unreliable. They lure you in with low quotes, only to demand more money later or threaten to cancel your policy. They initially refused to process my withdrawal, but thankful to the name in the display picture for ensuring that all my pending withdrawals were successfully completed.

I wish i had never deposited any money with them. Be very wary. They let you take some very easily but make it as hard as they can to get the rest. Shocking customer service. Complete joke. Bunch of criminals and should be held accountable. I did exactly what they asked for and went through the absurd hoops you have to jump through and they are still withholding my funds after giving them the exact documents they asked for. Cinpax jeopardized my situation, refused to compensate me Now expect me to resolve the situation by going to the Ayr'Lp

I started with Cinpax putting a large sum of money as I believed that they are experienced brokers and I would get a good Investment on my return. Soon after trading, I was told that if I Invest more money, I would be in their VIP Club and we can trade on larger platforms and also Invest in stop gaps. I never invested in shares and or trades and was guided by them. My original broker disapeared and I was handed over to a new broker that was pushy for me to Invest more money. After much arguing, I gave into him and Invested more money to save my account as some of the trades were not doing so well. After approximately 4 month, I was put onto another broker and yes, the same scenario as the previous brokers, we needed to put more money to save my account or as he would put it, to save my business. The trades that I invested in were all directions of the broker as I would not trade big on my own with the lack of experience I have. I lost over 200,000 Australian dollars to the scammers. I am sharing this so others do not fall into their trap. we are all responsible for our actions, however, calmer will do its thing and no good ever comes out of bad. Keep Away form Cinpax

diabRated 1 out of 5 stars My details were passed to Cinpax by… My details were passed to Cinpax by Education Hall who deal with signing up, refunds and training. I was put under extreme pressure to invest a small amount ($84) as a special offer. I was then contacted by "Greg Kost" of Cinpax who was supposed to be training me and continued to pressure me to put more money into my account. I eventually put in another £1000 after showing a miniscule profit to make this a worthwhile investment for starters. Then i was promised that i could withdraw some of my profits which were never forthcoming. I was being asked to put more money in at greater amounts. When he confirmed to himself that i was not going to deposit any more money until i had withdrawn some of the profits he got me to open more trades and to remove all 'take profits' which has resulted in my account balance running at a loss. When i contacted Education Hall to raise complaints, all i got was: ' We understand that you wish to close your account and requesting for a refund. We would like to notify you that our refund policy only applies to our clients within 14 days of starting their account with us'. As my account is now running at a loss, how can i withdraw profits? It is incredible in itself that when closing accounts you cannot withdraw all your money from your account. I was supposedly being trained in stock market trading with hands on practical training, by someone who claims to have 15 yeas experience as a stock market trader and this is what i ended up getting. I know nothing about the stock market and signed up on the basis that hands on training is provided, and have ended up out of pocket, as this individual seems to have very poor investment ability, or was doing this deliberately to destroy my account having strung me along all the way. He now does not respond to any contact i tried to make with him. My advice is to steer well clear as all you will end up doing is losing all your money with diabolical instruction and training. When I explained I was not happy. Everything went wrong and my money completely disappeared, I made it clear how important my investment was, and the return I wanted was small, I was told I was being humble and would expect to have US$75 every three. Days, in fact, I only withdrew 100 English pounds and the other almost US$1900 disappeared within 48 hours. I was contacted once by the gentleman called Eddie and as things went downhill, his contact became less and less frequent, although he was still full of promises, today, everything has gone. I am left in a very difficult position financially and cannot believe I have been so stupid and trusting, I would urge anybody who hopes for any return on their money to think twice before going ahead with this company, they have no feelings about how people struggle on a day-to-day basis, and although it would seem a meagre amount for me to invest to them, it was everything to me, I will be looking for ways to take this complaint further, I have still had no contact from Eddie and, cannot begin to express how I feel, please avoid at all costs, unless you have unlimited amounts of money to keep feeding their greed Date of experience: 25 January 2023
