I had a very frustrating experience with CG Trade. I deposited funds, traded normally, and then tried to withdraw my money. At first, I wanted to use my own crypto wallet, but every withdrawal attempt failed with the message "Payment method can't be blank", even though my wallet address had already been approved by their system. I contacted support, and they instructed me to create a CoinQPay wallet and use that instead. I followed their instructions, created the wallet, completed the advanced verification, and submitted my withdrawal again. Even then, my withdrawal was rejected several times for different reasons. One time they said the wallet address was incorrect, another time they said it should be USDT, then they said it should be USDC. The reasons kept changing, which caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Eventually, my withdrawal was sent to the CoinQPay wallet they had recommended. However, when I tried to transfer my funds from CoinQPay to another exchange such as Binance or KuCoin, the withdrawal was not possible. When I contacted CoinQPay support, I was told that their withdrawal system was temporarily unavailable and that I should keep checking their official website for updates. They could not provide any timeline for when withdrawals would be enabled again. As a customer, this has left my funds effectively stuck. From my personal experience, the entire withdrawal process has been extremely stressful, confusing, and full of delays. I expected a smooth and transparent withdrawal process, but unfortunately that was not my experience. I have all proves. I cannot recommend CG Trade based on what I have personally experienced. If you plan to deposit with this broker, be very careful and make sure you fully understand how withdrawals work before investing your money.
