Regulatory notices identify cfdinvest24.com as an unauthorised platform. On 20 November 2023, the Hellenic Capital Market Commission stated that the platform did not belong to an entity authorised to provide investment services on financial instruments or hold clients’ funds. The Dutch AFM subsequently listed cfdinvest24.com as a warning issued by a foreign regulator on 21 November 2023.
On 24 April 2024, Québec’s Autorité des marchés financiers stated that CFDInvest24 was not registered with the AMF and was not authorised to solicit investors in Québec; its notice categorised the platform under cryptoassets, forex and high-risk platforms and listed cfdinvest24.com. On 27 August 2025, the Central Bank of Ireland issued a warning identifying CFD Trades 24 as an unauthorised investment firm, stating that it was not authorised to provide investment services in Ireland, and listing cfdtrades247.com together with the email address support@cfdinvest24.com.
