The cbhandlife.com website presents trading in forex, indices, cryptocurrencies, stocks, commodities, CFDs and “bundles,” and refers to a margin web trader and a single trading account. It also advertises account opening, deposits and referral bonuses.
The Central Bank of Ireland classified CBhandlife as an unauthorised investment firm / investment business firm in a warning notice dated 20 December 2024 and stated that it is not authorised to provide investment services in Ireland. The notice identifies https://cbhandlife.com/, support@cbhandlife.com, support@cbhand.life and +331 6220 1130. The French AMF also listed cbhandlife.com as an unauthorised Forex website on 7 October 2024.
In WIPO Case No. D2024-4536, decided on 2 January 2025, the panel found that cbhandlife.com was confusingly similar to the trademarks of CBH Compagnie Bancaire Helvétique, that the respondent had no authorisation or legitimate interest, and that the domain had been registered and used in bad faith. The panel ordered the domain to be transferred to CBH Compagnie Bancaire Helvétique.
