I am writing this review not to slander the company, but to make my voice heard. My only request to the CapitalXtend team is that they objectively re-examine the decision regarding my account. $3,186.54 was deducted from my account, resulting in a significant financial loss for me. I wish to resolve this matter with mutual understanding and good faith. If my case is re-examined and the deducted amount is refunded, I will immediately update this review and clearly state that the issue was resolved professionally. As a company that values customer satisfaction, I want to believe you will help me with this. My only request is that my case be re-evaluated and a fair solution be offered. I hope the relevant authorities see this message and contact me to resolve the issue. I am always open to a good-faith solution.
My experience with CapitalXtend has been disappointing. After executing trades on my MT5 account, the broker deducted USD 909.25 from my trading profits, stating that my trading was considered a "price gap strategy" under their internal rules. I disputed this decision because my trades were executed normally without any warning, rejection, or restriction at the time they were placed. I repeatedly requested supporting evidence, including MT5 server logs, order execution logs, and documentation explaining how the deduction was justified. To date, I have not received the evidence I requested. I attempted to resolve the matter directly through the company's internal complaint process but was not satisfied with the outcome. As a result, I have escalated the dispute to the Financial Services Commission (FSC) Mauritius for an independent review. My complaint has been registered under Request ID #643 Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend CapitalXtend. I would advise traders to exercise extreme caution before opening an account with this broker. If you choose to trade with them, make sure you fully understand their trading policies and keep complete records of all transactions and communications. This review reflects my personal experience, and I will update it if the dispute is resolved.

the most important thing that a broker has to do correctly is its service quality deposit and withdrawals are ontime charts are high quality, good spread, low or no commission, no slippage. this is enough for me also, last but not the least! the support is always there to answer you real fast, and it is a HUMAN not AI , I care alot about this
