Summary
Multiple reviewers report Capitallabs/fintower/erainvest as a crypto investment scam: convincing social media ads and a working-looking website lure users into a small test deposit, then a larger “premium” deposit (commonly $1,000). Initial tiny withdrawals or small returns are sometimes allowed to build trust, but attempts to withdraw larger sums are repeatedly blocked. Support repeatedly asks users to link new crypto wallets or make additional premium deposits to release funds, or replies with generic “forwarded to technical department” messages. Reported losses include around $2,000 for one user and failed USDT withdrawals after $50 deposits (e.g., 2.5 USDT succeeded but larger withdrawals failed); reviewers warn that only a small percentage is ever paid out while the rest is withheld. Sites change names/domains (capitallabs.org, fintower.net, erainvest.net) and reviewers allege fake positive reviews are used to deceive others. Customers express frustration at lack of refunds, long-pending withdrawal requests, and unhelpful support; many advise avoiding the platform entirely and warn that it is a fraud.

I one person reads this review and saves themselves money, I will feel better. For the record, I have informed Capitallabs that I will be forwarding all my transaction details and communication history to the National Cyber Security Centre in the UK unless they refund my deposits in the next 3 days. It all looks good - Social Media advertising, followed for me by making a small test deposit, get a small (but impressive return). Then decide it all works so is worth going for the Premium Deposit ($1000) option. The profits start building up on your account. It looks AMAZING and the website LOOKS like it works. Which it does. Until you try to make a premium withdrawal. Then the 'problems' begin... First it is your wallet has a problem, and you need to link a new crypto wallet and make a new Premium deposit to link to your account. At this point, hindsight is wonderful. Your conscience says STOP!! but the profits look so tempting...and you are an idiot (or I was). So you look back at the VERIFIED TrustPilot reviews and think it must be a coincidence. Another deposit and a crypto wallet linked... Still no withdrawal. And then they 'lock your account' for security reasons. The only way to release the funds is to link another wallet. At this point even I bailed out. $2000 down. I have maintained email communication with Capitallabs who insist all I need to do is link a new wallet. I sent them another crypto wallet address, which I have tested and like the other, works fine. Surprise, surprise, they insist I need to make another premium deposit of another $1000 to get my money. PLEASE. Avoid Capitallabs at all costs. You will lose your money. Obviously there are some scammers writing positive reviews to dupe people like me, who even having done my homework got fooled. I am an idiot, and although $2000 is a lot, for me it is the principle rather than a significant loss. I just wish TrustPilot were more trustworthy as I hold them partly responsible for allowing fake reviews to be 'verified' when they are clearly all part of the scam.
