Capital index 100 Parlament street Westminster Londra UK. Not reliable. not very transparent difficult to withdraw the capital, continuous difficulties for the customer who wants to exit.

Capital index illicitly removed 24,419.98 eur of my profits. They stated 2 reasons why my trades were voided: 1: My trades breached the scalp policy as they lasted under 3 minutes. 2: I "may be using a strategy to engineer fills in markets that we consider to be palpable and latent" Regarding scalping, for over a year all trades on my account had been under 3 minutes. Never I received a message that this was an issue. Only now after I've made a decent profit, it used this as a reason to remove my P&L. If scalping was actually an issue, it should not have let me trade like this for all this time and only now bring it up. They just use their scalp policy to remove the most profitable trades. Regarding my strategy being latent and palpable, I asked many times to show evidence of this, but I never received this. As such, this allegation should be disregarded. This kind of behavior is typical for brokers that trade against you and will do anything to prevent you from making money. Stay away!

Moving to the UK permanently it was required to update my physical address with Capital Index. This in turn required my existing funds at Capital Index to be withdrawn and a new account to be setup. I asked for help online through the Smartcharts platform. The assistance received was extremely helpful and I was able to send the withdrawal request in a very short space of time. Thank you to the assistant representing Capital Index.

Total scam. I lost $2400 AUD to these bullies. It is advertised you can invest just $250. Once I did, I was hounded to invest more and more and more. I did deposit more money however, when I stopped and said no more, the ‘broker’ known as Mike, became aggressive in tone. He continuously told me that I was not trading properly with such a small investment. He said I needed to invest another $15,000 to trade properly. I asked him to close the account and transfer my money to me. At this stage my investment had grown to $2803 USD. I have not seen any money and Mike can no longer be contacted.

I made a request for withdrawal of my money from Capital Index and more than 10 days , i have been unable to get my money .When i contacted them ,they confirmed they could not pay and could not give me a date when they could pay .This is completely unacceptable and shocking

The assistance was able to give me the information required but was a bit abrupt in that when asked to explain what he meant had a bit of a 'this is what I'm telling you, take it or leave it attitude'. Other than that the service was good.
