Summary
Reviews are mixed but heavily skewed toward allegations of fraud: some users praise individual advisors (Tim, Charles, Robert, Tony, Josh, Andrew, Brad Noble, Hayden Bell) and report positive onboarding and profitable trades, while many others describe a pattern of pressure tactics, initial small wins followed by demands to invest larger sums, and then rapid losses. Multiple reviewers say the company pressured them to add funds (often borrowed at high interest), refused withdrawals or demanded large “closing” or “withdrawal” fees (examples cited: 20% for 24-hour, 10% for 30-day, 15% brokerage plus another 15% transfer, 11% blockchain security plus conversion fees), redirected payouts to blockchain/“segregated private wallets,” and still failed to release funds. Several users report losing all their money, being unable to contact the company later (domain DNS failures), and finding the firm on a regulator blacklist (AMF). One reviewer calls any five-star ratings fake. Overall the dominant complaints are aggressive upselling, fee-and-transfer extortion to recover funds, unfulfilled withdrawal promises, and substantial financial loss; a minority report satisfactory, helpful service.

We traded until reaching the threshold of 100000$usd and then we liquidated the account but I had pay 15% of fees for brokerage after paying they send the funds to a blockchain account and told that I have to pay another 15% to transfer money to my Newton account after doing what they asked for they never send the funds and wanted more money… They stoled my money, they are fraudulent, unfair , I lost all my money

I opened an account with CaTradeCapital in Jan of 2023 and started trading with Brad Noble and Hayden Bell. Right from the start of opening my portfolio, my positions were in the red. In the early February I emailed Hayden several times expressing my concerns about the losing trades in my portfolio and he repeatedly told me not to worry. I have copied the emails to support@catradecapital numerous times and Hayden would scold me and tell me not to copy support and I should talk to him. I mentioned to Hayden that I have sleepless nights and I panic every time I look at my portfolio and he repeatedly told me not to panic!!! He said that I should not open or close any positions and wait for his instructions. Hayden Bell and Charles Griffin asked me to add funds to my account to prevent it from shutting down because of the negative trades. With great difficulty after taking funds from my MasterCard at 21% interest rate I added funds into my account and Charles opened new positions where he promised he would bring my position into positive. My portfolio got worse by the day and several times I expressed my fears and disappointment to Hayden regarding my portfolio and again he said not to panic. The loss was now -10,000 and getting worse by the day. Hayden then suggested that I close and liquidate the account then I could withdraw my funds. He then said that I will have to pay ‘closing fees’ ‘liquidation fees’ and finally Withdrawal fee 20% (24 hour deposit) or 10% (30 days deposit). Hayden promised that when I made the 20% withdrawal fee (US$ 8800) I would receive (US$ 62,890.88) in my NDAX account the very same day. Between March 23rd and April 3rd CaTradeCapital demanded a total of US$ 23,520.03 (all borrowed at high interest rates). Finally Hayden said that I will receive US$ 62890.88 but have to pay 11% as Blockchain Security plus US$ 124 as conversion fee that would now be deposited into a ‘Segregated Private Wallet’. I have communicated to CaTradeCapital that I do not have the funds and if there are any fees, those should be deducted from my funds which they are holding. As of today July 22, 2023 CaTradeCapital has disappeared - yes, gone under, and all my emails are undelivered with this message 'The Domain Name System (DNS) reported that the recipient's domain does not exist'. I have lost all my money!!!

This company is not recommanded. I verified wtih AMF and they are on their blacklist. The service at the beginning was cool, friendly but they became more and more insistant that I invest more money by promising me to double my wallet in a short term. I invested some money and felt a lot of pressure to continue to put money. During a conversation I agree (with a lot of pressure) to invest more (big amount for me) but the money was not available. Waiting for money to invest, I thaught and changed my mind because I realized that I was not confortable with this transaction. I said that I don't want invest this important amount anymore and asked for a withdraw to close my acount The answer was no. They ask more money to close my account because I have agreed during a zoom meeting to invest more. I feel that I won't be able to have my money back.

This is a trap. First you put small amount and they will show couple positive trades to convince you to invest more. After they drain your bank by making bad decision. You never get your money back. Absolute scam. Do not trust.

Where do we start? I first registered on the 04/11/2022 , since then my advisor Tim has been pretty helpful in setting me up , showing me around the platform and how things work. I've also learnt how to open and close trades on my own now , so all in all not bad so far i would say. Ill send in another in the near future see if things change.

Any 5 stars are fake review. They ask for small money, they show you you can make lots of money, then they ask for a lot more money, then it is impossible to withdraw your money. Big big scam. It's a no no
