Summary
Most reviews describe Brokerz as a fraudulent and unregulated company operating under various names to deceive investors. Customers report being lured in with promises of easy profits and aggressive sales tactics, often pressured to deposit increasing amounts of money. Once funds are deposited, users face endless obstacles when trying to withdraw, including sudden account verification demands, hidden fees, inactivity charges, and fabricated trading conditions. Many claim that the company manipulates trades, blocks withdrawals, and demands personal documents and further payments under false pretenses. Only a few positive comments exist, likely fake or written before withdrawal attempts. Former employees and victims warn that Brokerz is a large-scale scam network targeting unsuspecting individuals across Europe and beyond. The overwhelming consensus is to avoid this broker entirely, as recovery of invested funds is nearly impossible.

This "company" is SCAM. I lost thousands of euros by trusting them. You will never get any of your money back. Unfortunately I did not do my research prior to being burned. They are located in an island in the caribean sea. They are not regulated. Stay away by any means. Hopefully you see this before it is too late.

As a former employee of this company, I am truly sorry for not being able to speak up earlier but I finally quit and am speaking about this so other people can see and won't ever be part of it. The company is way bigger than just Brokerz.com, the same people own MARKETRIP.CO, TRADERIA, TRADING DASHBOARD, GLOBALIXX and probably other websites of which I am not aware as I have worked only with these ones. They are a ghost company with a fake name registered in Tirana, Albania. They have been operating for at least 6-7 years and their only goal is to rip people's money. They have no intention to give them back to you and that is how these kind of people get rich. I am truly sorry for a lot of people who have fallen victims and I wish I could find a way to make this a bigger deal than it already is so more people can get notice and stop depositing money on uncertified and unlicensed websites. I can not stress this enough: PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE OPENING AN ACCOUNT OR DEPOSITING MONEY ON A WEBSITE. MAKE SURE IT IS LICENSED OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE PART OF THE SAME CYCLE AGAIN.

Recently I have asked to withdraw a small amount of money. After a few days someone identified himself as account manager called me and said that it will take 3 to 5 days. Two weeks passed and nothing happened. I opened tickets, sent emails to support but no answer. And out of nowhere I received a call from someone who told me that in order to be eligible to withdraw money I have to do 403 more trading moves because the limit is 2000. how ridiculous and absurd that could be? Probably they are trying to make me burn my account as I have searched all the TCs and I have found nothing about this. However I am going to do those asked tradings and I'll see what will happen then

Avoid at all cost. Classic scam trap - makes you invest minimim of $250 and then doubles or triples your money by "trading" so your greed will make you invest more until I lost $6500 and withdrawal was canceled when I tried to save the last $1600 of the balance on their platform. YES - you are not allowed to withdraw your money! They will tell you need to "trade" a bit more to do so. Absurd. Also, they are registered on the random island of US and stating on their website that US citizens cannot use the website because US law would apply, so they opperate in EU. Google it. Now when I contacted my bank and citizen advice bureau about this scam, Brokerz are calling me by impersonating "officers" with indian accent or robot voice, telling me to call them back or I'll face legal consequences. They are aggresive and full of fraud. Avoid.

A total scam. My mum unfortunately invested a reasonable amount of money, and her account was showing £25,000. When the time comes to withdraw your investment earnings their enthusiastic tone changes and they proceed to fob you off. It's a shame as my Mum is a pensioner. They're an unregulated broker trading out of St Vincent and the Grenadines. Avoid. Sammers.

So I am back on here as if you weren't aware there is another scam going on here. Its not noticeable at first but if like me do a little investigation you can really catch it out. Look back at the recent reviews made by Rebecca and Jemima 3 days apart complaining of scam. Now look at the email address and content? See it both the same wording and email address and again asking you to get in touch. I tried this and they directed me to Direct Trading Technologies. They have no web site no testimonials, no history just some one called Vanessa who acts like your best friend and asks for $500 as a deposit - See what is happening here yes another scam. If they do this a few times they get free money and disappear. Give Brokerz there due they had all of this. So be aware of what your reading as this lot are infiltrating these sites as well with the hope of drawing to recover funds. The probably sit together in some toilet doing this :) YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Brokerz.com scammed me. Upon investigation it appears they are well known for this and they choose UK and European customers because they are unregulated and know there is little you can do once they have stolen your cash. I was pressured into investing by a lovely man who couldn’t have been nicer. After weeks of successful trading I asked for my profits out. This is where the problems start. They don’t give you your money and then deliberately make trades without the usual stop loss or take profit safety nets and the money disappears in a matter of hours. I had $12k and asked for $2k, they suddenly traded without my consent and it all disappeared. They even tell you to check trust pilot, and I believe the positive reviews are either fake profiles or people who have not lost their money yet. When you request cash they convince you to only withdraw a tiny amount to keep your confidence to invest. I have reported this company to many financial institutions and it looks like I will never see my money again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They are nothing more than criminals. When I confronted them about their underhand tactics they became hostile and abusive and have suddenly started to avoid me. What a surprise, they have got the cash they wanted. I am left paying a credit card bill for the next 12 months, don’t fall into the same hole that I am in. Keep your money and find a reputable , trustworthy broker. Please don’t use this firm, I learnt the hard way. If you don’t believe me check the Financial Conduct Authority website, ‘which.’ Magazine and scam watch, they are unregulated and banned in some countries.

I had very unpleasant experience at brokerz.com I lost all my money there and I was sitting fingers crossed, waiting in the hope. Then my old friend told me about (Www. Moonbitcoin.live)) and it was a game changer day. Now, I’m professional at investing BTC because Arbitrage gives payments on time.

I feel myself lucky to find such a genuine website which gives profit and timely payments. Now it's easy to withdraw money at any time.

The good reviews on here are either fake, or the people have not tried to get any money back from them.... I stupidly fell for this scam in an impulse buy before I read ahead and am now experiencing the same issues as SO MANY OTHERS. They do not allow you to ever withdraw funds or close your accounts, and then there is a charge for dormant accounts. There is always another hurdle they make up preventing either withdrawing or closing the account instead to get the profits - such as a poorly written list of "Bonus terms and conditions" that I did not agree to upon signing up. Then when I rushed to meet the conditions for closing the account, they bombed my account closing huge negative trades and it now has barely anything in it. I am now pursuing legal recourse through Financial Ombudsman to get my money back and hopefully compensation for my time and energy wasted learning their site and building my account up. Their scam is so lazily set up that even their disclaimers are terrible, look at the spelling in this?! "Hight Risk Warning: Trading Foregin Exchange (Forex)..."

As previously stated Brokerz.com is a fraud and draws in those who actually believe they will invest and get high returns. I do respect how they play the customer but play they do and very well. They will start low initially 250 but then persuade you to invest in large amounts as the market is having a good trend. The plot thickens when they suddenly change the Account Manager and the only way to get high returns is more investment. They also don't send you the T&Cs nor do they training u on trading that's all done by the supposed managed account team. However as it starts nice and there is lots of communication it starts down hill very soon when u try to withdraw money. This is when things start to get clouded. The Account Manager gives u all sorts of reasons u can't and then changes numerous timesand u start the whole thing again. Then its save your account its in danger so more investment and what you find is they alleged open bad trades to basically take your money. When you try to complain or contact the support desk they tell u nothing and someone else calls u and again tries for more money. All the time this is probably being done from a office with people on scripts and hardly hear and not great English. Also watch out for the I'm in a meeting or seminar or in Singapore that's another deflection. The whole thing is only set to take money so don't and if your keen to see just put in 250 but trust me and the others on here is a big scam. Also the users that give this a good rating are probably from this company, I checked they have no background or substance so its all to show how good they are but again its all false.

This company is a scam. I give them 500$ and I never seen them again. They're always asking for more. They will say everything only to give them more. They will try to stir you with your partner only to get your money. They are playing fake sounds in background to makes you believe. Whatever they will say , please don't send them your money. Learn on my mistake don't start with them. PS. THAT VERY LONG POST BELOW ITS TRUE.

This has to be the greatest scam of all time and it appears that no legitimate govt authority has shut these rogues down. They take your money under false pretenses, then constantly harass you to put in more. Even ask you to put in more, so as to make a withdrawal. Really, how f###ing stupid can people be to fall for giving these crooks more of your money. PEOPLE, you can NEVER EVER get your money out or back, a total CON! Thankfully, my bank refunded the money and logged these fraudsters on their system. BEWARE PS-Trustpilot, why will you not give the option of half or zero stars, Brokerz.com and all their affiliate shyster businesses are a ZERO STAR

Stage 1 - Hear about the site (possibly from fake news Stage 2 - go to the site out of curiosity Stage 3 - See the "free" sign up Stage 4 - Sign up, giving your email address and mobile phone number Stage 5 - Start looking at the site, go to terms and conditions, or look for a Demo option to play with virtual cash Stage 6 - Before you can do any of this, revieve a phone call Stage 7 - Answer phone and be met with someone from Brokerz, all within 10 seconds of opening an account Stage 8 - Tell the person you dont wish to be rushed in to anything, and just want to take a look at the site, then you will get back to them Stage 9 - The man on the phone does not accept this, and convinces you, there is no need to look at anything, it is really simple, place a deposit and start making money "now". Stage 10 - Tell him you are not in this much of a hurry, and would rather look around first Stage 11 - Get met with all types of offers if you sign up right now, including a "free" 50% bonus on your first deposit. Stage 12 - Tell the man if the investment is as good as he is saying, in the longterm, then a one off 50% bonus is not really that big an issue, and would be prepaired to miss out on the bonus in order to look around first Stage 13 - Ok, instead of a free bonus, then we will cover your losses for 1 weeks trading, and if after 1 week you no longer wish to carry on, you can take your money back and close your account. Stage 14 - Agree to this and get put through to the payments team Stage 15 - Take the deposit and then inform the client after the deposit is taken, that they are unable to trade until their account is verified, and you can verify it tomorrow when your accounts manager phones you, bye Stage 16 - Accounts manager phones you, and asks for copy of card, copy of confidential informations, such as bank statements, passports, driving licenses, utility bills, and wants more money from you. Stage 17 - Decide you no longer wish to continue with this and just want the money withdrawn and put back in your account Stage 18 - Accounts manager has to go to a meeting and cannot deal with this right now, but will phone you later Stage 19 - Phone call never comes Stage 20 - Goes to log in to website, but message says details not recognised. Stage 21 - speak to customer support, and ask why you cannot log in Stage 22 - Get told it is because you need to verify your account. Stage 23 - Ask them how can you verify who you are and withdraw your money if you cannot log in, so Customer support gives you a new log in ID, and lets you in, reminding you that you need to verify your account. Stage 24 - Go straight to withdrawals and attempt to withdraw the money Stage 25 - Request gets refused Stage 26 - Go back to customer support and ask why you request to withdraw your money has been refused, and get told it is because you need to verify your account first Stage 27 - Argue with the customer services assistant that they should have verified who you were before taking the money Stage 28 - Be told that she cannot help you farther, as only my accounts manager can make decisions regards to issues of withdrawal, and she will put in a request for him to contact you Stage 29 - wait for days, call does not come Stage 30 - Phone the company up, and be told that the accounts manager has tried to phone you twice, but you have not answered, even though you have no missed calls on your phone Stage 31 - Be told that the accounts manager will make no more attempts to phone you, but will email you, as it seems email is better for you. Stage 32 - A couple of days later, after going through your emails, you are shocked to find your accounts manager has infact emailed you, 18 hours 32 mins ago Stage 33 - Click on the email, and recieve a link to a live chat Stage 34 - Click on the link, and be met with a message telling you the link to the live chat expired 18 hours 31 mins ago Stage 35 - Enough of all this, you give them the information they want. You have now verified it is you. Stage 36 - Now you have verified who you are, and it "is" you, you go to withdraw your money Stage 37 - Application gets refused, because as you signed up to a special offer, where-by any losses incurred from trading are covered by them, you must first use the money to trade, for this agreement to be met. Stage 38 - refuse to trade, because you know damn fine the trade is going to be a loser, and your money is being taken, so try to fight it through alternative means, such as your bank Stage 39 - Be completely ignored from this point on Stage 40 - 45 days pass and £100 vanishes from your account. Stage 41 - Go to customer services and ask what has happened to your £100, and be informed that if you dont trade for 45 days, you get charged £100 Stage 42 - Go to the Police, to be told it is not a Police matter Stage 43 - Go back to customer services, and tell them to stuff their money, and just close the account Stage 44 - Be told that the account cannot be closed after 2 days have passed whilst money is in it. Stage 45 - Tell them in that case to withdraw the money to you. Stage 46 - Be told that you have to trade the money first Stage 47 - Just keep fighting Stage 48 - Watch another £100 vanish after 90 days. Stage 49 - The rest vanish after a farther 45 days. Stage 50 - Go back and request they close the account. Stage 51 - They refuse to close the account Stage 52 - What? Why? go back and speak to them again Stage 53 - Be told that only your account manager can close the account Stage 54 - After a few days you are shocked to recieve a call from the accounts manager Stage 55 - The accounts manager is not calling you though to help close your account, he wants £50 from you, as they were only able to obtain £50 of the £100 they were due for the final 45 days inactivity Stage 56 - You completely lose your rag with the accounts manager, threatening to call the police Stage 57 - Accounts manager hangs up and refuses to speak to you again Stage 58 - You go back to customer services and apologise for your outburst, but ask to be put back in contact with your accounts manager, but she tells you he will no longer speak to you due to your abusive behaviour, shouting and swearing, and he is considering handing the recorded conversation over to the Police Stage 59 - You ask her to now close the account, but she tells you only the accounts manager can close the account, but you need to speak to him first Stage 60 - After another 45 days, you recieve copious phone calls from Brokerz representatives, and they want £150 for 90 days inactivity, Stage 61 - You tell them you are going to take them to the highest courts in the land Stage 62 - They tell you they will bad credit you if you do not pay Stage 63 - You tell them they cant Stage 64 - They tell you they can, because you verified who you were, complete with your credit card details Stage 65 - Tell them but none of this was read out to you when you first deposited, and you were not given the time to read the terms and conditions, even though you requested that they give you time Stage 66 - Be informed that you should have read the terms and conditions before opening a free account Stage 67 - You go to citizens advice, and have someone lodge a legal complaint on your behalf Stage 68 - Recieve another call from brokerz, this time informing you that you owe them a £100 Software fee, because you are bound by their terms and agreement to make at least 20 trades, or get hit with a software bill. And if this is paid, plus the £150 dormant bill, the accounts manager will consider closing your account once he has the relevant information from you to prove that the money you invested at the beginning was not laundered or fraudulent, and for this he will require a signed purchase history of your online transactions Stage 69 - Stop, and think back to stage 1, all you were doing was sitting at your computer playing your favourite game when a pop up appeared on your screen telling you how Gordon Ramsey made £13m in 1 year through trading with Bitcoin revolution and you ended up at Brokerz and decided to have a little look, though not even intending to do any trading, and now some criminal scamster using legal wording wants to have you pay him £100 every 45 days for the rest of your life unless you can prove to him beyond a shadow of doubt that you are not a fraudster or a money launderer.
