Brokereo found to be in fault for losing my funds carelessly. Financial ombudsman instructed Brokereo to refund 40% of my losses which Brokereo rejected. See them in court. Absolute scum and disgusting from this company. Stay well away from them.
Never but never get in contact with this company. They call you almost every day when you are inactive. Didnt pick up the calls, and im very sure they sold my contact information. Because I receive calls from different numbers from different countries multiple times a week.
My childhood friend account was hacked by someone who posted a new investmentbank on Facebook . It was getting crazy money. Talked to her later (after creating a account) and she said it was hacked. Same second i created a account a person called me. Took one hour to create a account and yes some warningflags. After i talked to my friend and got How and Why she posted that i wanted my money back. Talked to my bank and they said dont respond them anymore and fill a police charge. I did and then after a 2 h call with my bank i got a Document proving i got a bankaccount in the country i live in and got my money back. Will have to warn everyone: They sell your number to others have been getting calls from all over the world and doesnt matter what time on day.
Everything started with € 250,--. Very quickly, a higher investment amount was demanded. I transferred € 5.000,--. Three days later there were really a few hundred € more in the trading account. My advisor presented me with a supposedly safe concept. I trusted him and transferred € 20.000,--. I invest in oil on the advice of my broker. Less than two hours later he called me and told me that I had to transfer another € 20.000,-- to my investment account, otherwise my entire investment would be gone. This went on until I transferred my entire savings of € 70,000 to my investment account. Two days later everything was gone. The advisor I trusted never contacted me again. Finger Weg von Brokero!! Alles fing mit € 250,-- an. Sehr schnell wurde eine höhere Investitionssumme gefordert. Ich überwies € 5.000,--. Drei Tage später waren wirklich paar hundert € mehr am Handelskonto. Mein Betreuer stellte mir ein angeblich sicheres Konzept vor. Ich vertraute ihm und überwies € 20.000,--. Ich investiere auf anraten meines Brokers in Öl. Keine zwei Stunden später rief er mich an das ich weitere € 20.000,-- auf mein Investmentkonto überweißen muss, da sonst mein gesamtes Investment weg sei. Dies ging so weit bis ich mein gesamtes erspartes € 70.000,-- auf mein Investmentkonto überwiesen habe. Zwei Tage später war alles weg. Der Betreuer dem ich vertraute hat sich nie mehr gemeldet.
I have been an unfortunate client of Brokereo (Concorde Investments) and I have lost 12 750 Euro through Brokereo I had no idea about trading and financial market. I was referred to Brokereo from an advertisement on the Internet, promising me secure additional income with a small investment I told the people at Brokereo that I am a single parent and that I received a small inheritance from my late father and that this is the only wealth I have for myself and my 2 small children and that I depend on it. I am aware that I used your services as a newcomer to the financial markets; my sole trading experience began when I put my first investment with Brokereo. As a result, the highly sophisticated product I was sold was not adequately communicated to me because my account manager never mentioned potential losses or the risk connected with his trading technique or services. I was promised education in trading and secured profits by my manager. Not only did I not get any money, but also I lost all my investments entrusted to Brokereo! I was never told about the risks of online trading. Instead of this, I was forced to transfer to Brokereo more and more of my funds. Stop Loss and Take Profit - essential trading features were not activated for the majority of the trades. My advisor said he would explain everything to me. Instead, I was given direct advice on what to trade - Direct Trading Advice. On 12. 08.2021 following Brokereo’s advice, I had to open a trade 944074 volume (7.08 lots!!!) in Crude oil that led to the loss of 11646 EURO! I was stolen money through SWAPS which I knew absolutely nothing about! Having Never been informed of such a commission, I steel had to pay it. So in trade 9441303 I lost 2534 Euro and in trade 944074 - 422 Euro! Dozens of calls kept coming - even late in the evening - when i was painstaking care of my children from greedy employees of Brokereo who pushed me to transfer more and more money so that the investment supposedly "pays off" more. When I complained to Brokereo instead of supporting me and reimbursing my loss caused by a malevolent direct trading manager’s advice, I was sent off with a humiliating offer not covering even half of the losses from my devastated single-parent household budget.
Hands off from this platform! Don't do business with Brokereo, as they are only after money from customers and persuade the customers to invest constantly even more. The money already invested will be lost and the profit will be missed! As well as the terror on phone: 3 people call the same day and always try to convince you to invest more and more. Brokereo cheated me to invest and the "Stop loss" function, as it was told me, should not be activated. Brokereo staff should not have told such things. Hände weg von dieser Plattform! Mit Brokereo darf man keine Geschäfte machen, da sie nur auf Geld der Kunden aus sind und die Kunden überreden um noch mehr zu investieren, da sonst das bereits investierte Geld verloren geht und der Gewinn ausbleiben wird! Brokereo hat mich betrogen in Sachen zu investieren und das Stop Loss solle ich nicht aktivieren. It was NOT a system failure. Your Brokereo Team is already informed about my case. Brokereo mentioned that smth went with my case wrong and we were already negotiating regarding solving it. Look into attachments - there's a formal letter to you describing all the necessary information from my side that you could need to understand the state of things

Filled in my name and number, thinking I was registering on a different website. I stopped the registration when it asked for my residence. Within a couple minutes I was called multiple times from different numbers by the same person (Who spoke English with an Indian-sounding accent, rather than my native language) telling me they needed to help me activate my account. Kindly told them I was not interested since this just seemed very sketchy.
They pestered me to put all my bank savings into their company account called Concord investments, I put 38,190 Pounds and after that they said they lost it all. I complained to the and they returned me only 4000 pounds. It's a scam. They should be jailed.
I set up and account with Brokereo, the set up staff were nothing but helpful and friendly, a great service so far. However all that changed as soon as the account manager (TAL) made contact. From his First word his approach was all about applying pressure, Typical High pressure sale pitch. It would appear that Brokereo accept (maybe even train) this type of approach. In subsequent emails he tried to justify his action my saying some people needed encouragement to invest, further proof this high pressure sales is there normal method and not an isolated event All that was shown to me from Brokereo it's, nothing more than a high pressure sale pitch and I will wilfully tell people to stay clear of your company. I could only recommend that unless you like to belittle and bullied you keep well aware from this company. I hope Brokereo future is bright and their commission high, with other that allow themselves to be bullied. As for me I took my money back form them and will never return.
