It's not AI your are facing when you in panic mode trying to locate your funds in deposits previously made. I truly appreciate a young man named Lorenzo Manuel, who helped me a couple of times in my difficulties initiating deposits and help me with a track down to not so acquainted international wire. Their phone call is not bothering, and pretty efficient and respectfully answer your questions raised to the point. Truly appreciate the dedications and focus when I need a them.

I reached out to them for a query and initially they resolved the issue very quickly and provided the trade credit but when after completing terms and conditions I reached out to them for conversion everything changed despite asking many time for a review they denied my request and kept on sending copied messages and after that I sent an email to account manager who isn't available for whole week

I got hacked and s1 kept withdrawing money but the support was only able to create a ticket that will be worked on in 24 to 48 business hours. (their first level support is very good for small problems but ig for this one it was absolute useless.) I called my agent when he got to the office then and he instantly was able to disable all transactions and refund me the money that was stolen. To be honest i think i was a intern blueberry markets issue that this happened because in order to withdrawl money the person had to change the mail and this could only be done through a liveness test which should be near impossible. When i asked for the photos that got taken from "me" they said that there was smth wrong with them. If the hacker was just THAT good - ok. respect. If it was a blueberry internal issue that the support just didnt look at the picture or it was themselfs or idk - i still have hope because they at least compensated all the damage. So im happy but not happy. Maybe blueberry should think about their internal safety as a broker.

Worst trading experience – execution manipulation I experienced serious trade execution delays with Blueberry Markets. I placed a stop loss clearly, and price never touched my SL level, yet the position was force-closed. Because of this execution failure, my account suffered a 20% loss. This is unacceptable for any broker claiming to be reliable. This is either extreme server incompetence or intentional manipulation during volatility. A broker’s basic duty is to execute trades correctly — Blueberry Markets failed at that. I do not trust this broker with real money and strongly warn traders to be careful. Poor execution = guaranteed losses.

I had nice experience with Blueberry for almost 2 years but I noticed something changes since they offered me a promotion which it was getting 2.000$ if you open 200k position . I have raw account by the way. After this I notice if I close a position , lets say EurCad which just happened me and I have had enough and wanted to share with everyone, when I open and close positions the system automatically add extra spread in it. If you open USDJPY,EURUSD does not matter, just 1 millisecond before you open or close positions spread goes up from 1 to 4 or 4 to 8 or 5 to 9 whatever . As I said I ve had enough , when you give from left hand taking from right hand not a professional approach .

I created a demo account with Blueberry for use on Tradingview, and had trouble getting the password to work. Cheza Verso from their support team spent a fair amount of time helping troubleshoot the issue and stayed patient throughout. The problem was fully resolved, and I was able to continue without further issues. Solid support experience and professional service.

Chat connection dropped twice. No live help. Platform keeps freezing. excessive slippage for the last month. Waited 6-10 seconds for execution in some trades. Not instant execution. Both on demo and live standard accounts. Today, lost 2 trades before the price totals showed any execution of trade in the terminal window. Heard the sound of trade being placed, but the next information was in trade history showing lost trades. The price rolling totals did not show any indication of trade being executed in the terminal window at bottom of MT4.

I have never experienced slippage. The spread is relatively small. Your orders are filled in at the exact price plus small spread.
