Summary
Most reviewers describe Blueberry Markets as a reliable and professional broker offering tight spreads, fast order execution, and stable trading platforms without requotes or slippage. Many praise the excellent and responsive customer service, frequently mentioning helpful team members such as John Raffy, Derek, Allen Dave Lozano, Cheza, Jo, Lorenzo, and Jhon Bon, who efficiently resolved issues with funding, account verification, or technical matters. Deposits and withdrawals are reported as smooth and fast, and users appreciate easy KYC procedures and transparent operations. The broker’s communication and willingness to assist clients exceed many users’ expectations, making Blueberry a preferred choice for dependable trading. However, one reviewer expressed dissatisfaction after their application was denied without explanation, contrasting this with better experiences at another broker. Overall, feedback is overwhelmingly positive, emphasizing strong support, fairness, and a stable trading environment.

I strongly advise traders to think twice before purchasing a BlueBeary account. My account was terminated after generating approximately $1,940 in profit, just before I became eligible for a payout. The stated reason was "martingale." However, I categorically reject this allegation. The only incident cited was that after a single losing 0.1 lot NAS100 trade, I opened one new 0.5 lot trade because I identified a different, high-confidence trading opportunity. This occurred only once during the entire lifetime of the account. There was no repeated pattern of increasing position sizes after losses, no progressive doubling, and no systematic martingale strategy. In my view, classifying a single increase in position size as "martingale" is an unreasonable interpretation of the rule. A one-time risk adjustment is fundamentally different from a prohibited martingale trading system. I requested a clear explanation identifying the specific trades and the exact rule that was allegedly violated. Instead of receiving a transparent and evidence-based justification, my account was simply terminated, leaving me with the impression that the rule was interpreted in a way that prevented a legitimate payout. This review reflects my personal experience. Based on what happened to me, I cannot recommend BlueBeary to traders who expect transparent rule enforcement and fair treatment when they become eligible for withdrawals.

For years, I struggled to find a broker I could truly trust. I tried many different brokers, but almost every one of them gave me problems when it came to withdrawals. It became so frustrating that I was honestly thinking about quitting Forex Then in August 2020 I found this broker—and everything changed I’ve been using them ever since and I can honestly say I’ve never had a single withdrawal issue. Their customer support is outstanding withdrawals are fast and the entire experience has been smooth from day one After years of using them I can confidently say this is the best broker I’ve ever traded with. If you’re looking for a reliable broker, give them a try I truly believe you won’t be disappointed

After trading with Blueberry Markets for quite some time, I can honestly say that my experience has been extremely disappointing. I've had countless trades close at a loss even though my stop loss had already been moved to breakeven. In every dispute I've raised, the explanation has always been the same: slippage or market volatility. However, in many of these cases, the market price was still 6–10 pips or more away from my stop loss before the trade was closed. Just recently, I had a trade that should have resulted in approximately £100 in profit, yet instead it closed for a £5 loss, despite my stop loss being at breakeven and the market never appearing to trade anywhere near that level. This isn't the first time I've raised concerns. On a previous occasion and on a different account, after I complained about what I believed was SCHOCKING trade execution, I was offered a refund if I removed my negative review. That experience seriously damaged my trust in the broker. I've now reached the point where I've decided to withdraw all of my funds and stop trading with Blueberry Markets. The company operates a hybrid execution model, meaning many clients may be placed on a B-Book. In that model, the broker WILL profit when clients lose, which makes accurate and transparent trade execution especially important. If you're considering opening an account with Blueberry Markets, I strongly encourage you to read the negative reviews from other traders before making a decision. In my opinion, many of the positive reviews are either not genuine or focus solely on the quality of the customer service. While responsive support is certainly a positive, it is far less important than reliable trade execution, which should be the top priority for any serious trader. There are also reviews that appear to have been posted at Blueberry Markets' request in an effort to improve their Trustpilot rating. Be diligent and be smart when reading reviews. To support my concerns, I'll be publishing videos on my YouTube channel showing examples of the trade executions I've experienced over the years. I will also advise you on Brokers that so far have been excellent in trade executions, and from there you can make a better choice.

After I publicly denounced the arbitrary practices of this brokerage firm — which, in my experience, adjusts prices with the aim of nullifying the profits I’ve earned — they decided to close my account and also cancel the remainder of my profits, once again using the same flimsy excuse of “price adjustment.” The impression one gets is that, for this brokerage firm, traders can deposit money and lose it without any problem. But when they manage to make a profit, the firm finds some justification to simply nullify those gains. Apparently, paying out clients’ profits seems to be completely contrary to the company’s interests. So, here’s a warning: be very careful with your money at this brokerage. Today, it was my profits that were voided. Tomorrow, it could be yours.

Blueberry is a very supportive and extremely compliant broker. I often read negative comments about brokers being "complicated " or "too strict ". Well, hello.....we should be happy about this as I have experienced the opposite and lost my funds. I really find the AI support BOT is the best I have ever dealt with. The questions I have asked were all answered in a way I fully understood them and was able to sort whatever needed sorting. Thanks Blueberry for being a great broker which gives me a peace of mind.

Dealt with Lorenzo at Blueberry during a withdrawal process. I found him and his colleagues to be super helpful, replying promptly to emails and making sure I was kept informed throughout the process. I have been trading with Blueberry for years and have found all interactions with them to be first class.

I've worked as an Introducing Broker (IB) for 18 years across numerous brokerages, and had been an IB with Blueberry Markets for some time before this. Based on my recent experience, I believe Blueberry knowingly let me walk into a trap. The trap: My referred client stopped trading months before I began trading my own account. If that trading breached policy, Blueberry had months to review it and tell me — they didn't. Instead, they let my Partner account stay active, let me transfer my accumulated rebates into a new live account, let me deposit funds via BVNK, and let me trade with real market risk, with zero warning my rebates were in question. Had I lost money, that loss would have been entirely mine. I only heard from Blueberry after I traded profitably and requested a withdrawal — at which point they reached back into that closed matter with no bearing on my own trading to freeze my account, cut portal access, and retroactively call my rebates illegitimate. Unanswered questions: 1) Why wasn't I told at the time if that old trading breached policy? 2) Why let me stay active, transfer rebates, deposit funds, and take on real market risk with no warning? 3) Why notify me only after I profited and requested withdrawal — not when I was at risk of loss? 4) What objective evidence shows my client's trading was "churning"? None has been given, despite repeated requests. 5) If the trading was illegitimate, why did my client withdraw both profits and rebates without issue? If it wasn't, why were my rebates from the same activity denied? Blueberry can't have it both ways. Evidence ignored: I provided a full video of my manual trading session — every trade entered/exited by hand, based on technical analysis. Blueberry still hasn't named a single trade or strategy that breached anything. (Video public on YouTube: "Account #9103711 6 July 2026.") The recording also shows positions closing several seconds apart, one at a time — see for youselves. Cost: I offered to forfeit my USD 15,664 manual discretionary trading profit as a compromise. Blueberry still sought to withhold my USD 34,992 in accumulated rebates. In 18 years as an IB, I've never seen a broker call a client's trading "not genuine" while letting that client keep their profits and rebates — yet deny the Partner's commission on the identical activity. This is not an isolated incident. Several reviews posted here describe similar patterns — funds withheld, accounts restricted after profitable trading. When multiple reviewers independently describe the same sequence, that stops looking like a series of unrelated disputes and starts looking like a pattern. Before you decide, put yourself in this scenario: you're allowed to transfer your funds, take on real market risk, and trade with no warning — then, only once you're profitable, a broker reaches back months into a closed matter to strip your earnings, with no evidence shown. Ask yourself honestly whether that would sit right with you if it happened to you. Make your own decision based on that. Don't take a one-star or five-star review at face value — look for reviews with documentation behind them, and decide for yourself. In my experience, when a broker starts withholding or delaying rebate payments, it's often an early sign of operational or financial strain at the firm.

ery Disappointing Experience I had a very disappointing experience with Blueberry Markets. After making profitable trades, they stopped my profits from being paid out and justified it by claiming there were issues related to "TCM liquidity." This explanation was vague and did not provide clear evidence or a satisfactory reason for withholding my profits. As a trader, I expect transparency, fair treatment, and clear communication. Instead, I was left with generic explanations that did not address my concerns. Based on my experience, I would advise others to carefully review the broker's terms and consider the potential risks before trading with them.

I requested someone call me and they did. The rep's name was Alex and he was so very patient with me, took teh time to explain what I needed to know and he ensured I was comfortable and at ease before we ended the call. I would say that having access to the team at Blueberry to talks things out makes a big difference. And Alex's care was top notch. He even offered to have an additional call with me to explain some things in deeper detail.

I am a customer who has traded with Blueberry Markets since 2023. Throughout my time there, I have experienced numerous losses and account liquidations, yet I continued to trust and use their services. However, when trades yielded profits, the platform arbitrarily cut my profits or offered unconvincing reasons to refuse payment of my legitimate profits. I believe this is an unethical practice that goes against the principles of fairness in financial trading. If customers bear the full risk of losses, then when profits are achieved, the platform should also be responsible for respecting the trading results and paying out the full amount as per regulations. I request that Blueberry Markets clearly explain the legal basis and specific terms that led to the cutting of my profits, and return all withheld profits as soon as possible. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will continue to file complaints with regulatory agencies, reputable rating organizations, and publicize the case to protect my legitimate rights. Furthermore, throughout my trading experience, I frequently received calls, emails, and messages from the customer service team, including Vietnamese-speaking support staff, to introduce bonus programs and encourage further deposits. These programs were always promoted as advantages that increase capital and trading opportunities. However, from my actual experience, these bonuses do not actually reduce risk for customers; on the contrary, they can encourage traders to open larger volumes, accept higher risks, and more easily lead to account liquidation. When customers incur losses, they bear all the losses. But when trades are profitable, the platform uses reasons related to bonus terms or internal regulations to cut or refuse profit payments. This leads me to question the true purpose of bonus programs and whether they are being used as a tool to encourage customers to increase their risk while their interests are not adequately protected.

Blueberry Markets' system is designed to trap profitable traders. The well planned scam system is hiding under "professional and reputable broker". Don't forget, if you lose they win, if you win, they still win. I want everyone to realize the massive amount of time, mental exhaustion, and international lawyer fees I am being forced to spend simply to get my own deposited money and profits back. But I am not letting this go.  I tried to make it as short as possible but believe me, details that I did not write here are even worse than what you see below. Here is the exact timeline. P.S. Everything I write here is from written email conversations. In January 30, I made a successful $783 withdrawal. Once I saw no issues in withdrawal, I deposited later again. After a bit profit later my account stated under review. During an account review, they explicitly told me I could still withdraw. Since my profit was only around $500 then, it was not worth ruining their reputation over so they let me withdraw to build false trust. So it became my second withdrawal. After an exhausting 12-day, 19-email investigation, their Trade Specialists officially cleared my 100% manual trading. I explicitly asked in writing: "Is my new deposit safe? Can I trade exactly as before?" They replied "Yes" to both. It was a complete setup. Trusting them, I deposited $2,090. In March, they quietly deducted a minor profit right after profitable trades in less than 12 hours. I filed a complaint, providing cross-broker evidence proving the exact same pricing existed across other regulated Tier-1 brokers (proving it wasn't a mere "platform error"). Their Support escalated it on March 29. Compliance then completely ghosted me. During this silence, they voided two short trades simply because I held them for 5-10 minutes. I adapted by holding my new positions for 50-60 minutes. Miraculously, the cancellations stopped. This false security was their trap. Ignoring my formal complaint was a calculated move to keep me trading. During the Iran-US geopolitical escalation, I have been trading with massive order size. For instance, 5 to 6 open lots with a $5,000 account using 1:500 leverage. Their supposedly "24-hour monitoring team" silently watched me take 100% of this immense risk. If I blew my account, they would gladly keep my money. Since I survived and grew my balance to nearly $9,000, they suddenly woke up. On April 22, they shut down my account and wiped $7,800 in profits, falsely claiming my trading was just caught by their 24-hour monitoring team. If they truly monitor 24/7, why let me risk my capital for weeks under the illusion my 50-minute trades were acceptable? To justify the theft, they accused me of exploiting microsecond pricing inefficiencies. Yet, my official MT5 stats show an Average Hold Time of 48 minutes! Accusing someone of exploiting microseconds when holding massive positions for an hour is mathematically absurd. Under financial regulations, a client's deposit in a "segregated" account is legally untouchable. Yet, they illegally cut deep into my actual, freshly deposited principal confiscating a large portion of it to cover their retroactive profit adjustment! In addition to this, as I said in the beginning, they already answered yes to "Is my new deposit safe?". However, they still stole a big part of it. I refused to be silenced. Together with my international lawyer, we checked every single detail of their Client Agreement and T&Cs, pinpointed their exact contractual violations, and struck back with a watertight legal dispute. Cornered by the facts, they finally transferred me to their actual Compliance Department on May 5. Only then did the real Compliance team reach out. I submitted all requested evidence. Now, more than 35 days have passed, and they are illegally stalling past the FinaCom (14 days) and FSC Mauritius (30 days) regulatory deadlines just to exhaust me. This is only the beginning, and there is more to come, because I will not stay silent about this theft as they expect me to! My official complaints to FinaCom and FSC Mauritius are going to be filed soon since we are working on it. Furthermore, I will be opening dedicated threads on major industry forums to publicly expose this blatant theft of my labor, effort, risk management, time, and capital to a wider audience. To avoid this nightmare, do not make mistakes I made. You have three choices: 1) Avoid Blueberry Markets at all cost. 2) Never be profitable. 3) Take your first profit and run away before they trap you.

It's not AI your are facing when you in panic mode trying to locate your funds in deposits previously made. I truly appreciate a young man named Lorenzo Manuel, who helped me a couple of times in my difficulties initiating deposits and help me with a track down to not so acquainted international wire. Their phone call is not bothering, and pretty efficient and respectfully answer your questions raised to the point. Truly appreciate the dedications and focus when I need a them.

I got hacked and s1 kept withdrawing money but the support was only able to create a ticket that will be worked on in 24 to 48 business hours. (their first level support is very good for small problems but ig for this one it was absolute useless.) I called my agent when he got to the office then and he instantly was able to disable all transactions and refund me the money that was stolen. To be honest i think i was a intern blueberry markets issue that this happened because in order to withdrawl money the person had to change the mail and this could only be done through a liveness test which should be near impossible. When i asked for the photos that got taken from "me" they said that there was smth wrong with them. If the hacker was just THAT good - ok. respect. If it was a blueberry internal issue that the support just didnt look at the picture or it was themselfs or idk - i still have hope because they at least compensated all the damage. So im happy but not happy. Maybe blueberry should think about their internal safety as a broker.
