Summary
Users report highly mixed experiences. Positive feedback highlights fast, convenient and professional trading, same‑day fiat top‑ups during promotions, clear network fee breakdowns, address labeling, smooth withdrawals to cold/hardware wallets after email verification and whitelisting, quick 2FA setup and useful device‑management and withdrawal‑whitelist features. Negative feedback centers on withdrawal problems: funds delayed or blocked for days under vague "security" lockdowns, hostile or disappearing customer‑service chats, deleted conversations and no clear timeline for releases, with some users alleging funds were effectively held hostage or lost. Several reviewers accuse the platform of scammy behavior—fake tokens with no contract addresses, Ponzi‑like activity, and withholding large sums—while others say their issues were eventually resolved, sometimes with outside help. Common suggestions are better transparency on withdrawal policies and timelines, retention of support chat records, optional passkey/hardware‑backed authentication, and more advance notice of promotions. Overall reliability appears inconsistent across users.

This is a total scam. They will hold your account hostage for security. For loan repayment or for absolutely no reason. Not even sure the account funds are real money. Held my $450,000 for a $3,000 loan payback.

Claire Preston, Dean Manutti, Professor whatthefuk, all scammers lol. They have fake coins with no contract addresses. The platform is just numbers going up and down, no real trading takes place. Avoid at all costs. You will not be able to withdraw any funds you deposit.

I was a little scared at first because of the long wait, but I highly recommend it.

Regardless of how much you make, they will delete customer service chats (the primary way you communicate) and refuse to speak when you want to withdraw your money. They use security as an excuse, but the customer service representatives become hostile when you want to withdraw even a small amount. I have no hope of seeing my money again. Take plenty of screenshots while you’re on their good side because they are quick to disappear.

I moved to using my [hardware wallet brand] after trading for some time. After getting the emails verifying and whitelisting the address, I felt more assured. Both the small quantity and the complete balance came out as intended when I initially tested a small amount. Self-custody users have a great experience.

I tried a small fiat top-up via [bank/processor] during their fee-free weekend promo. Funds landed same day and the promo was applied automatically. Would be great to get more advance notice of these promos via email or an in-app banner.

Enabling 2FA took under a minute and the platform nudged me to create withdrawal whitelists—smart defaults. The device management page is handy for seeing recent logins. I’d recommend adding optional passkeys for those of us who prefer hardware-backed authentication.

I sent [asset] from [wallet/exchange] and Blockwave credited it after [number] confirmations, exactly as stated. The withdrawal back to my cold wallet took [time] and included a clear network fee breakdown. Nice to have address labeling to avoid mistakes later.

They don’t release your funds the first or second time trying to set up a withdrawal. They use “security “ as an excuse even when all question have been answered. Trader beware. Still waiting for the release of my money. Been two full days and no time commitment on their side as to when I can withdraw funds and how much to withdraw without setting off their “security “ lockdown.
