Very disappointing experience — promotional offer not honored I made a $500 deposit with Bitragemarkets specifically because of a promotional offer that advertised an additional $100 bonus. I was informed that the $100 would be credited and could be used for margin, with profits generated from it being withdrawable under the promotion’s terms. However, the $100 bonus was never credited. When I contacted them, I was initially told that it would be added. I waited and followed up, only to be told approximately a month later that the promotion had been cancelled. This is extremely frustrating because the promotion was a major reason I decided to deposit $500 in the first place. If a company advertises an incentive to attract a deposit and subsequently refuses to honor it after the customer has deposited, that raises serious concerns about the reliability and transparency of its promotional practices. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering depositing money with Bitragemarkets carefully verify the terms of any promotion in writing before making a deposit. My personal experience with this promotion has been extremely disappointing, and I feel that I was treated unfairly after making the deposit based on the advertised offer. Overall: Very poor experience. I would not recommend depositing based on a promotional offer unless you have clear written confirmation that the promotion will actually be honored.
I made a deposit of $800 and later requested a withdrawal of $1,024 through Bitrage Markets. According to my transaction history, the withdrawal was submitted on 24 September 2026 and is still showing as “Processing.” I have tried contacting Bitrage Markets through email and live chat regarding the pending withdrawal, but I have not received a response or a clear explanation about when my funds will be released. I am simply requesting that Bitrage Markets provide an update on my withdrawal and process it as soon as possible. I am posting this review because I have been unable to get a response through their normal support channels. I hope the company sees this and contacts me to resolve the issue.

It was an unforgettable day because I received two pieces of excellent news in just a few hours. This experience completely changed the way I invest. Now I carefully research the reputation of any company, verify its regulations, and never make a decision based solely on promises of profitability.
The rejected my withdrawal without giving any proper reason. The amount is also not refunded in my wallet.
