Stay away from this company, they are fake I got hooked but baktrail;'' got me outt the mess.
Every time I try to contact bitonext using emails that I have used previously I have also used the email address in their contact us information all of them have not gone through. I am unable to access my account and getting very suspicious now been trying for at least a month
It is a sophisticated organization that fraudulently influences you to deposit a lot of money for unprecedented support in trading. They promise you mountains of gold and full support with exceptional profit margins! Nothing could be further from the truth, they took 80% of my investment after 2 weeks without giving any reason and were not willing to explain later. Last week they took my account offline and I lost all my deposits and profits. So do not engage with these fraudsters, you will definitely lose your money.

DO NOT USE BITONEXT THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS After enquiring i was persuaded to invest $250 which started to make money - i had no idea what i was doing but was constantly called by their team to support me but usually when i was at work and couldn't talk. i requested calls at later times but after saying they would i never got a call back. After refusing to invest any more money my account started to diminish and i am now at a zero balance. i have not had any calls from them and they refuse to respond to emails. I want to close my account and put this all down to bad luck and stupidity on my behalf. Please do NOT use this company - i was at a very low point and desperate to make a little money and have now been scammed. I just want my money back and an end to it. I have contacted my bank, credit card company and the police.

They completely ignored my request to close the account, transfer my money back to my account, however, they continued to call me to invest more money in the scam. PLEASE DON'T BE FOOLED, IT IS ALL A SCAM.
DO NOT USE TIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO SEE YOUR MONEY AAIN - TOTAL FRAUD. I opened an account in error 21/06/22 with USD 250. Literally day after i asked for my deposit back and put in a withdrawal request in my account. Went back and forth with emails asking to close etc - so called ACCOUNT manager kept phoning me, no help whatsoever - disgusting, don't listen at all. They phoned this morning and have not honoured my withdrawal saying there's no money left!!! Well, of course there isn't as i made the withdrawal request a month ago taking it all out! They said i'd lost it - absolute thieves - DO NOT EXPECT ANY MONEY BACK
This is the worst place ever i deal with this is a big scam . very rude and bad service . when i say i want close the acct they are saying stop wasting our time we cant babysit very bad company . i dont want even give one star on this garbage.

SCAM! I made the unfortunate mistake of showing interest on a particular crypto and end up being called by multiple outfits like Bitonext and next thing I know I have an account which I'm trying to cancel and they do not seem to want close this or provide me any of my funds back. This will be referred to the Canadian Authorities. This has been a nightmare. Do yourselves a favour and stay away from Bitonext.
Using this platform for over 6 months till now. They do have a nice format to trade. One suggestion: Please see if you can implement an hourly/minute price movement chart – something like if I type the date then the stats for that date will be shown on the screen – will be easier to analyze the historical chart data in this way.
This is a Scam trading website. They are superfast to take deposits (via Any desk connecting to your pc), but when you ask withdrawal of your funds, you won't get it back. If situations changes, I will update you , but at this point the matter is being referred to the organised crime squad of the police . The support bitonext.com, they do nothing , only refer you back to your 'account manager' , the master robber! I added this bit on 23/07/22 , as an update. They have not let me withdraw my fund after another 11 days since I put the above note. The support email only refers back to the account manager/s . It is a terrible experience. The company will soon face the consequence of their financial mis-conduct (not allowing customers to withdraw their funds in reasonable time frame) and customer maltreatment. To make it worse , they have frozen my account and not trading with my equity last 2 weeks or so (well, as far us I can see in the front end of my account in their website). Further update to follow in a week time.
This is nothing but a scam. Once you deposit your money they have you. All controlled out of China they are using phone number for eastern Canada. BEWARE
total scam, they take an initial 250 dollars from you, use a fake website to make it look like you are making money, then they ask for your bank details to take more money, they use any-desk app to take control of your screen and and ask you to log into your account, then they start to riffle through your accounts and asking for more investment, whiklst they have a data screen up prying into what you have in your bank total scam, lucky to have only lost the 250 dollars had to stop my card, informed Barclays of the scam to ensure my accounts are safe

Started with a small capital and after one and a half year, to be honest, I am not rich but my financial status has been improved. This site helped me a lot in the process.
