Summary
Multiple reviewers allege the broker is a scam, reporting long delays or refusals on withdrawals, no responses to emails, and general unreachability. One reviewer says only an employee named Tony seems trustworthy while other staff are unprofessional. A critic’s Trustpilot review was reportedly removed; after posting, they received calls from someone claiming to be Mike Robinson promising to transfer funds, then from a person claiming to represent Blockchain who demanded a 10% deposit under a supposed "Blockchain Withdrawal Protocol" and provided forged documents allegedly signed by Blockchain’s CIO (named Macrina Kgil) using a suspicious email (team@supportblockchains dot com). Reviewers warn others not to trade with this broker and advise reporting the case to law enforcement.

They have refused to give me back my money. I'm waiting so long for a withdrawal. They are not reachable and no response to all my emails. They are big scam. Do not trade with them.

Not sure why my review about bitcoin-convert scam or fraud was removed. I posted this review to make sure people don't fall for this scam. If Trustpilot is also joining hands with these scammers, I will take it to the next level to mention about Trustpilot as well. After I posted my review on 06-Apr-22 about the scam or fraud this bitcoin-convert is doing on Trustpilot, there was a call on 07-Apr-22 from bitcoin-convert by name Mike Robinson saying that, whatever happened is wrong and I will transfer the funds immediately. So, he has taken my bitcoin address and said the funds will be transferred to Blockchain. Blockchain will send an email asking for your confirmation, do accept it. And then, a person by name David from Blockchain (fake Blockchain) called, mentioning that he is from Blockchain and asked me to deposit 10% of what I am going to receive by mentioning about BWP (Blockchain Withdrawal Protocol) which doesn't exist at all and they even go the extent of mentioning and providing a document to prove that i.e. a document will be shared for the deposit of funds with a signature of Blockchain CIO (Macrina Kgil). All this is fake and do not fall for it. The email address (team@supportblockchains dot com) they use is fake and the utilizing the Blockchain CIO name to do these frauds. This is all a scam and so many people are involved in this. Report to law enforcement officers if you have been going through this.

I'm very dissapointed with this platform. I'm waiting so long for a withdrawal. I don't have a contact with them anymore. Sounds scam to me
