Summary
Multiple reviewers allege Bitchain / bitchain.info is a fraud: users report initial deposits and apparent account gains shown by the platform, but withdrawals are blocked and support stops responding. Victims describe aggressive cold-calls (including repeated calls from different numbers), persistent pressure to invest more, and demands to pay additional sums or register with third-party wallets (examples: a 10% deposit to an Atomic Wallet, requests to top up $5,000, offers to take loans of $25,000) before any withdrawal will be allowed. Several people report losing substantial sums (examples cited: ~$11,000, ~$13,000, $5,000, small starter deposits like $250 or €250) and say emails bounce, listed support addresses are invalid, and named account managers (e.g. Mia, Tony Mellis, Scott Fisher, Sarah Cromwell, “Thomas Anderson”, initials JSM) either become abusive or stop communicating. Reviewers warn of fake recovery promises, spoofed emails/domains (bitchainassistant.com), rude or insulting staff, daily harassment, and sophisticated social engineering tactics to extract more money. A few reviewers mention contacting external recovery/help services; one comment praises an entity called JUSTICEFIELD for a positive outcome, but the overwhelming consensus is to avoid the platform and not send money.

They’ve taken 250 Euros from me and say I can’t have it back unless I register with them. My fault for clicking on a Yahoo link without them a scam search. A guy with an Indian accent calls himself Thomas Anderson. Run like H..ll from these - expletives

I strongly advise against using this platform under any circumstances. They have a history of taking customers' money and disappearing. While they may initially appear helpful and accommodating, as soon as you make a financial commitment, they become incredibly elusive and show no respect for their customers. Ultimately, they end up keeping your money without providing the promised services. Dealing with them has been one of the worst experiences I have encountered. I deeply regret switching from Canna-Eats to Bitchain, as their promises turned out to be empty and deceitful.

BITCHAIN.INFO SOPHISTICATED SCAMMERS!! I was scammed from this platform, the deal was too good to be true. My financial advisor Scott Fisher became very rude and abusive to me when I asked to withdraw my savings which had grown to $5000 USD. He was pushing me to take a loan worth $25000 in order to make more profit, which I declined. I insisted on withdrawing my profit, a lady from their accounts department contacted me and she said that I need to top up another $5000 in order to withdraw my profit. It dawned on me that I've been scammed and I will never get my money back. I followed up with Sarah Cromwell who opened my trading account for me. She responded to a few emails then later stopped replying my emails. In her last email she told that the financial advisor I was working with had passed away, but she will give me someone else to follow up with retrieval of my funds. This was on 10th May 2023, until now no action has taken place. Bitchain.info is a scam do not ever invest your money in this trading company.

I got into trading with Bitchain through that quantum ai project where you deposit 250$ and they supposedly set you up with a real trading firm. Was that project even real? Was supposed to be created by Elon Musk? Now i dont know what is real anymore lol like really. I havent lost much, even though i have done really well trading (supposedly) I am up a few thousand after that initial 250 deposit, but i cannot withdraw, I feel so stupid and embarrassed to tell my husband that all this hard work ive done is all for not. I dont know what to do now. I know i wont get my money now but like really, all i wanted to do was better my life i just want to cry. I truly thought i was working towards a goal now i got nothing after months. No emails go through to them, my advisor Tony Mellis never calls, which i realize i dont even have a number for them. Never trust the internet. Bitchain has really opened my eyes to what is really out there. Very sophisticated fraud.

Has anyone else had the dubious distinction of dealing with a man whose initials are JSM? I'd like to hear from you. Tell me his whole name so I know you're serious.

Do not send any money to Bitchain. This company is a complete fraud. They are very clever at talking you into a larger investement and then showing you “profits” in your account. I had deposited several thousand dollars, and my account manager made some trades (at least that’s what it showed on my account). The account grew to over $13,000. However, when I tried to make a withdrawal, he stopped returning my emails and texts. The support email listed on the website is not valid, and the emails I send get bounced back to me. DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!

Absolute Scam artists. If anyone calls saying they are from bitchain or have emails bitchainassistant.com just hang up. They will tease you with recovery plans for previously lost money then take a your money by asking for a deposit to a blockchain wallet. Then they just keep your money. Worst people I have come across.

I invested with them my money and made a lot of profit, but now I can’t withdraw any of the money I invested. They are telling me the only way I can withdraw my money is to create an account with atomic wallet and make a deposit of 10% of the overall total of the money, which is a lot of money that I don’t have and because of that, I haven’t received my money from them. This has been almost 2 months since I went into an investment with them. I don’t know if I will ever receive my money or not. If anything changes I will change my review.
