Summary
Multiple reviewers allege Bit N Coins (and related names like Smith Kint and Bit-Lords) operates like a scam: high-pressure sales calls, aggressive account managers, and scripted persuasion to push additional deposits. Users report being routed through a separate site, told the initial payment (around £200/€244) is for courses, then seeing fake “winning” trades to encourage bigger investments and requests for thousands more. Attempts to withdraw triggered demands for extra payments or unusual documentation (including buying courses or opening bank accounts), templated support replies, long delays, and ultimately blocked or unrecovered funds. Some victims describe accounts mysteriously inflated (to €2,500–€6,000) and then trades closed under the guise of “security measures” to force further top-ups. Several warn the company is unregulated and recommend avoiding deposits, while a handful of positive reviews praise the platform and support—these positive accounts appear inconsistent with the dominant reports of fraud. Overall, the common advice from multiple complainants is not to deposit money and to treat the service as untrustworthy.

9th January 2024 I received a call from my so called account manager who promptly went on to tell me my account had almost 6000 Euro's in it after I had invested 244 Euros. Immediately I knew this was wrong as I haven't opened any positions. I suggested to him all I wanted to do was withdraw my money and had been trying since September last year. He then starting saying 'hello', 'hello' as if he couldn't hear me and hung up. For anyone who comes across these guys, read the reviews from real people lower down this list. If you're looking to invest your money and make money, stay away from these people.

I was led to booking a call with them because I liked the idea of using bots to trade and followed the link from an advert that looked legit. I was on a call with a lady who took me through a lengthy process simply to deposit €244. At the time I was thinking something doesn't sound right but I wanted it to work. Once I'd deposited the money, I was told an agent would call me. But between the two calls I did some research and had a bad feeling so never took the call from the agent and instead followed the steps to withdraw my deposit. That was on the 11th September. It's now the 5th October and still haven't received my deposit and I fell I won't ever see it again. When I email their 'support' I get the same email message back. "Dear client, First and foremost, we want to extend our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience or frustration you may have experienced in this matter. Our dedicated team has been alerted, and we have requested that the relevant department expedite their review of the details related to your refund request. We understand the importance of a swift resolution and are committed to working diligently to reach a satisfactory outcome for you. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this issue. Best regards, Tissa" Clearly a scamming company. DO NOT DEPOSIT ANY MONEY

The only review you need is based on honest stressful experience. So I tried to give them a try. First of all, they will take you to a website Called Smith Kint and you sign an agreement that you paid the money to buy courses. and they will transfer 200 GBP / 244 Euro at that time. to your Bit n Coins investment account which is a shady move done by scammers to avoid money tracking. As soon as you land you get a call from a broker that will give you promises and sweet talks. and will make fake-win trades to make you feel that you are doing great. but they will annoy you later from time to time, then they will promise you bigger profits and sweet talks if you invest more money into the account they ask for 5k, I saw something wrong. and I said no. The guys will try to negotiate to make you put any money you can and they will keep asking how much you have in your banking account, I decided to be clear and tell them no, I am not investing more money. after I grew my account from 244 euros to 2500 they will keep annoying your trades and close it, as what they call 'security measures' to protect your money and margin. this is an attempt to suck your account to convince you to put more money. when I was done with them cause I knew from the start they were shady. I decided to withdraw money, and LOL they will ask me to make a fake payment as they call it by buying one of their courses. and I said no again I am not sending any payment. then they asked me to upload a bank statement as proof, I said yes I have a PDF of the bank statement, and they said no you need to open your bank account I laughed out loud. the guy was called Marco, I told him, to be honest, you are trying to scam me, he said no my friend but I told him to fu>>ck off. Careful they have another name called bit-lords, I didn't get the money though.

Article on line saying Matin Lewis (Moneysavingexpert.com) uses them. He never endorses companies, only offers assessed advice. Looked further. Got them to sign me up and sure enough all the ingredients of a SCAM were there. Fast talking sales person, lots of stuff sent to my inbox, pressure to get the minimum deposit, referral from this sales person to "account manager" (a highly persuasive sales person). If you do a fundamental search on Google you'll find they're not a regulated FOREX company and many people have been scammed. Look here and decide yourself. scamsreviewsdotcom/bitcoins-review-bitandcoins-com-is-scam/
