As of today, my withdrawal requests from my Binomo account have been disabled without any stated justification, and shortly thereafter my account was permanently blocked. When I asked for the reason, I was informed via an automated email with identical content each time, claiming that action was taken due to suspected fraud; however, no concrete explanation or evidence supporting this claim has been provided. I have previously made numerous deposits and withdrawals using the same IP address, the same bank account, and the same cryptocurrency address without encountering any issues. I have also used this platform in past periods and often ended with losses, yet no restrictions were ever applied to my account. In contrast, on this occasion, after depositing a total of 50,000 TRY and increasing my balance through trading to 454,116 TRY, my account was blocked and my access to these funds was completely cut off. My Binomo ID number is 149257436, and my registered email address is c***************@gmail.com. When I contact support via email, I repeatedly receive the same generic message alleging “fraud,” without any detailed explanation, and without clearly stating which specific transaction or activity led to this conclusion. Given that all my actions were carried out in full compliance with the platform’s own rules and with trading practices that had been approved many times before, I do not accept the permanent blocking of my account and the effective confiscation of my 454,116 TRY balance without any concrete evidence. I request that my account be reopened, that all my transactions be reviewed in detail, and that my withdrawal request be processed, with a clear and transparent explanation provided to me. UPDATE: Binomo’s support team informed me in writing today that my complaint has been forwarded to the Complaints Department and will be resolved within 10 business days. However, my account is currently completely blocked. I cannot log in to my account, and my funds remain inaccessible. UPDATE 2: Binomo has informed me by email that my account was permanently blocked and that my funds have been confiscated, with reference to clauses 5.19 and 12.13 of the Client Agreement. In the same email, it was stated that this confiscation includes not only my alleged profits but also my original deposited funds. These actions were taken without providing any concrete evidence, transaction records, or specific explanation. Throughout my use of the platform, all transactions were conducted transparently and under the same conditions as before, with no issues raised at any point. Only after I achieved significant profits was my account blocked and my funds declared confiscated and non-refundable. Despite making serious allegations of fraud or deception against me, Binomo has failed to present any proof to support these claims. Confiscating both profits and the original deposit based solely on unsubstantiated accusations, without evidence or a clear justification, raises serious concerns regarding fairness and transparency. My account remains completely blocked, and I am denied access to all of my funds. UPDATE 3: Binomo has sent another email stating that my account was blocked for an alleged violation of the Client Agreement and that funds were withheld under clauses 5.19 and 12.13. However, no specific transactions, evidence, or factual explanation has been provided to demonstrate any actual damage, fraud, or deception. These repeated statements remain unsubstantiated, while my account stays blocked and my funds remain withheld.

Very poor service and unreliable withdrawals. I made a withdrawal on 18 December 2025 and to this day the money has not reflected in my bank account I contacted Binomo support and was asked tc submit my bank statement, which I did immediatelv. After that, I was told to wait for feedback - but I have received absolutely nothing. No updates, no explanations, no resolution. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the platform's credibility. A trading platform that delays withdrawals and ignores customers should not be trusted I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with Binomo until they fix their withdrawal process and customer support. It's been 8 days my funds hasn't reflected into my bank account. Please stay away from binomo

The Company terminated my account and withheld BRL 4,000.00 deposited via PIX, alleging violations of the Client Agreement. Despite multiple formal requests, the Company refused to provide any objective evidence, transaction details, server logs, or calculations of alleged “actual damage.” The decision was justified solely on “internal policies” and non-disclosed investigations, while no proof of fraud, multiple accounts, automated trading, or prohibited activity was ever presented. All trading activities were conducted manually and in good faith. The retention of funds without substantiated evidence is disproportionate and unjustified. I formally dispute the Company’s actions and request the immediate release of my deposited funds. The Company replied publicly asking me to contact support again. For the record, I have already contacted support, complaints, and compliance multiple times using my registered email. In all official email responses, Binomo stated that the decision is final, not subject to review, and that no evidence can be disclosed. This directly contradicts the public response provided here. The amount of BRL 4,000.00 deposited via PIX remains withheld without objective evidence.

I am more than convinced that Binomo is a scam and fraudulent platform. I sought to make a withdrawal and was informed that I could only do so subject to a 10% charge on my account. I still opted to proceed and they sent me an email saying they want to investigate my account further and that this will take 10 working days. It has been 30 working days now and they have reviewed to respond to my mails and have frozen the feature that should enable me withdraw my funds. Yet, they sent me a mail today indicating that they will start charging my account monthly for inactivity. One of the things that should qualify as an activity is a withdrawal, which they have deliberated preventing me from making. It is disturbing that a platform that deals in people's funds would resort to such fraudulent and unethical practices. It is terrible!

I deposited my money and made a decent profit within 3 days. They blocked my account and told me that I cannot withdraw the profits or even get my deposit back! They accused me of having multiple accounts, which I do not! I have proof of everything in my email. Their excuse for not returning my deposit is that I caused some damage to their company (because of having multiple accounts) and they need that money to repair the damage 😂 They are sophisticated scammers. Please stay away! And don't ask me for my Binomo ID since I cant even log in to find it!

This is pure fraud and scam. Return my money, keep your platform. You set the rules, and same you determines who breaks it or not. How do you justify I actually broke the rules, because I didn't. When I had small funds, no rule was broken, when I had bigger funds, suddenly I broke agreement. This is Scam disguised as broker

I am writing this to warn others about… this frod trading platform I am writing this to warn others about IronTrade. I created an account on IronTrade, submitted all KYC documents, and got it fully verified. I did not make any deposit. Instead, I joined one of their free tournaments, performed well, and earned some money. As soon as I tried to withdraw the winnings, binomo blocked my account claiming "suspicious activity", which is completely false. I had even emailed them before the block asking if anything was wrong — they said nothing. Then, after withdrawal request, they silently blocked me.activity and they block your fund and account

SCAM !!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND PLEASE DON'T BOTHER CREATING AN ACCOUNT THEY'RE FRAUDULENT. I decided to trade binary with this platform after I deposited a total of $320. after losing about $10, I wanted to pull out as the loses were inconsistent. Binomo restricted my withdrawal citing that there was a suspicious activity on my account. How come will that be from an account I have lost -$10. We had many back and forths with the support team. They kept sending the same mails and finally sent a mail my account has been blocked. My account balance is $310 plus a few cents. And I don't have access to it nor has it been returned. Please avoid this scam broker. I will report them to higher regulations till I get my funds.
