Summary
Multiple users report that the broker operates as a scam, using several connected websites such as IQCent and BinaryMate. While it claims to offer 24-hour customer service, communication is either ineffective or nonexistent. Clients often receive only their first small withdrawal, usually under $1000, while larger withdrawals are delayed or denied entirely. The company avoids contact, pretends not to understand requests, and promises phone confirmations that never occur. Overall, the broker is described as deceptive and should be avoided.
