I encountered a problem when withdrawing funds on the Binarium platform. During the withdrawal process, I was not informed that the fee would be 10%, moreover, this information was not provided explicitly at the time of depositing funds. After contacting support, I was told that this information is in the "Training" section, which is a hidden place for important information, and I was not warned about these conditions in advance. When I expressed dissatisfaction and said that I would complain, the support service rudely replied that if I wanted to complain, I could do so, but they did not plan to take any action. This attitude towards customers and hidden information about fees is extremely unacceptable, especially when the money has already been written off. It leaves a bad impression of the company. I strongly advise against using this service if you do not want to face such problems.
Binarium’s fast response times from support have made my trading experience stress-free. I had a minor issue with my welcome bonus, but it was resolved within minutes.
I appreciate the flexibility Binarium offers with its 24/7 trading. It’s perfect for my busy schedule. The withdrawal process is consistently fast, though it would be great to see additional asset options.

TOTAL SCAM - When I first started trading on this website I asked alot of questions about depositing, withdrawals, KYC requirements, location requirements, etc. All the boxes were checked off and I felt good about depositing and trading on this exchange. After a month of trading I was in profit and ready to withdrawal funds. I completed all the requirements for withdrawals and was ready to begin the process of getting $$$. That's the entire point of trading, right? Well, after requesting a withdrawal my account was banned for no reason. This site will gladly lie to you to take your money but then not pay you. STAY AWAY!!!!

Binarium is the worst company ever, high level scam who hiding in the kipra economic zone, there is a plenty of Youtubers (insiders) who supports this scheme... As soon as I earned from traiding a higher amount of capital, the diddn allow me withdraw money, and blocked my account. So I lost my money. Stay away from them!
SCAMMMMMMMM - They deleted my account for no reason. Then I wrote to support and they told me that they don't have me in the system, so... they couldn't do anything.

Once I made profit, they closed my account and said I had another account, which is False. Another russian scamming company, once you make profit, they will block you, take your profits and will not even refund your deposit. Edit: They said it is not true but they did not mention the fact that they did not refund my deposit and cancelled my profits. I successfully charged back my deposit, and mastercard is doing an investigation against them for fraud and money laundering, plus I deposited a complaint in Cyprus against them for fraud and scam, so if they scam you, do not give up and consider pursuing them in court. Edit 2: I deposited 2000$, and withdrew less than 1000$, my last withdrawals of 350 got cancelled and my deposit of 100$ wasn’t even refunded. If what I am saying is not true, why did you stop offering credit bank deposit for European countries ? Anyway your way of answering and handling this situation is not professional. Also sharing personnel information of users publicly goes against your terms and conditions and trustpilot terms and conditions and rgpd in europe, thank you for helping my case. Ps: And yes, I’m a verified trustpilot account, I am more worth believing than a random russian company with 2.7/5 reviews in trustpilot Edit 3: Yes, I tried all binary options platforms that are all own by the same russian people, and you all scam and block accounts when someone make a profit, Binarium is a scam and eveything can be verified, you tried to delete my review and I sent the proofs to trustpilot and they kept it. So, I made a small deposit to test this platform, filled in information details with my ID, even didn't wanted to withdraw the money, but suddenly I got exceeded trade limitation. So I started to to ask the questions :D and turns out that costumer service even don't know what to answer, the saying something like, I can't trade no more on their platform because I am from not citizen of supported country's and I need to read agreement terms. So I took a glance and there is clearly written that I cant trade if I am not from Europeans Economics zone, but I am citizen of EU. And consultant Andrey Vorobyov just keeps writing that I need to review the agreement terms :D In terms it is written: Failure to meet any of the provisions below makes the Company entitled to suspend or refuse access to the Website or granting of the Trading Account to anyone in its sole discretion. Fallowing the added text below : Not being a citizen or resident of the following jurisdictions: Canada, Belgium, Israel, Palestine, Japan, Sudan, Syria, Iran, North Korea, Brazil or European Economic Area. And consultant Andrey Vorobyov sent my the conformation pic that Latvia is in EU , but in his own text pointing out that it is not EU. :D One more time, to be clear , I am in European Economic Area. So it was happening yesterday, now they in withdrawal section took of option to send back to ripple (crypto) address my amount of money. :D They are moral bums :) It was very good that I just tested that platform. I will i definitely make some videos with the all screenshots and info about them, in multiply languages including Russian, so that no one dears to trash trading community like they do. + chat with the lawyer :), Cyprus is not so far.
In August 2021, I wrote the following Review for Banarium.com: I deposited over $2000 USD on binarium.com and traded there for a few days only. When I submitted a request for my withdrawal of $ 2500 USD after making some profit, they froze my account. Now they are not replying my emails. And on live chat they say that Unfortunately, we don't have information about your account. I would suggest everyone to be very very careful of investing with Binarium.com when it comes to your hard earned cash. Now, a few days ago I received a message from TrustPilot.com that I must fill a form in which It was stated that Binarium.com will go through my case if I provide them my details (asked in the form), otherwise my TrustPilot review will be deleted. Anyways the form required some info like my name, phone number, email address etc. So I filled the form, and today I got a reply on my trustpilot review from Binarium.com, which is as follows: Reply from Binarium Hello! Your account was blocked for using the Martingale trading strategy. Information that using this strategy will lead to blocking your account is specified in the client agreement. Today, on 15-03-2023 I have read very keenly the whole client agreement of Binarium.com, and have not found any word "Martingale" there. It must be written somewhere not very obvious. And even if that was the reason, why blocked specifically at the time of withdrawal? That's typically expected from scammers.
