Summary
Multiple reviewers accuse BigBitMarket of aggressive sales tactics and fraud, saying advisors (named Marek, Lucas and Raymond) repeatedly pressured them to invest. Customers report promised quick withdrawals never materialized, accounts being blocked when attempting to recover funds, and rude or dismissive behavior from reps. Several describe being told they must pay a $500 closing fee and an additional 17% "tax" before funds would be released, with the company refusing to deduct these amounts from the balance and demanding upfront payment. Communication reportedly occurs only via unreliable phone calls (no callbacks or email documentation). Overall reviewers warn the firm is dishonest and urge others to avoid it.

As with all the others. Be warned, they are liars and thieves. Initially they tell you the 'bonus packages' are in your account and can be accessed, because they are factored in before the 'algorithm trade' is activated. But when you try to recover 'your funds in your a/c' Big Bit Market put a block on your a/c. They then tell you you need to pay fees and tax before they will release the funds. Big Bit Market will not send any info by email, only by dodgy phone contact, which you can not call back to. Be warned monster scam!!!

Further to my previous experience with this scamming company, they rang me a week later, after I've written my review, to "review my situation and resolve the problem". I asked them to close my account. They said to close the account, I must pay $500 closing fee, then they rang the following day, saying I also need to pay 17% tax on my balance. I asked them to deduct the closing fee and the tax amount from my balance and release the rest. They said they can't do that. I had to pay the tax money to them before they release it. So, they wanted to extort an extra nearly $2000 USD to release my money. I refused and this is where things stand at the moment. Stay tuned for the next episode!!! Meanwhile, stay away from this BigBitMarket specially Raymond and Merek.

The lies they tell are incredible Lucas was my contact and all he did was try to convince me to put more money into my account. The investment options he suggested in hindsight we’re absolutely ridiculous. They are crooks as simple as that.

After making a small investment, my financial advisor (Marek) rang me every day for weeks, to convince me to invest more. I didn't follow his advice, and after weeks, I asked the company to transfer my account to my bank. Marek said it will take 5 minutes to get the withdrawal transfer done. However, a week later, I am still waiting. When I complained, I was told someone will contact me the next day to resolve the problem. That didn't happen. I contacted Marek and he told me "I do not want to waste my time; I have clients that are much more serious than you". This company is a scam. Avoid dealing with them at any cost.
