Warning – Scam Company! At first, they appeared very professional and convinced me to go for their account management services. My assigned account manager, Zakariya, kept losing money on my account and repeatedly pressured me to deposit more, promising “good trades are coming” that never existed. Later, I discovered that this is a B-book company – meaning they profit directly from your losses, and the account manager even gets a cut of the money you lose. When I asked to withdraw my funds, Zakariya became upset and kept insisting I couldn’t withdraw because there were open trades, forcing me to keep money in the account while he continued to lose it. In the end, I lost everything I deposited, without making even a single dollar of profit. This company is nothing but a scam. They manipulate clients into depositing more, block withdrawals, and intentionally lose trades because your losses are their profit. Stay far away if you value your money.

Excellent company, the staff is incredibly friendly and engaging. The services are top notch. What else is there to say? I did not have any bad experience with them by far. Wish them nothing but luck, happiness and success. Oh and by the way, if you ever get a chance to use their channels for Trading Signals, don’t waste it( trust me). It’s totally worth it.

I am writing to share my unfortunate experience with Beinmarkets, a forex broker. My primary concern lies with their customer service and the management of my trading account. Despite entrusting an employee with my account, after being forcefully convinced that they were experts in the field, I faced a significant loss of funds. Notably, this occurred without any communication from my side for over a month. The response I received was unexpected and distressing – rather than addressing the issue, the employee shifted the blame onto me. This experience has left me deeply disheartened and disappointed, especially considering the substantial amount of money involved – it represented my entire life savings. My takeaway from this ordeal is a word of caution to others: if you're not trading personally, ensure that you can fully trust the broker's expertise. Otherwise, you risk facing similar setbacks. Furthermore, my interactions suggest that Beinmarkets prioritises expanding their client base over the satisfaction and success of their existing clients. This focus on growth rather than quality service to current customers raises serious concerns about their commitment to client success and satisfaction. I strongly advise potential clients to carefully consider their options before investing with them.
