Several years ago, I became aware of an online investment platform operating in the cryptocurrency sector. The platform promoted itself as using artificial intelligence, algorithmic trading systems, and automated market analysis tools intended to identify profitable trading opportunities across global exchanges. Its presentation, branding, and communication style appeared structured and professional. After a series of discussions with an assigned consultant, I opened an account and made an initial deposit of €33,750. In the early phase, the account activity displayed on the dashboard suggested regular trading operations and apparent gains, which gave the impression that the investment was progressing normally. As time went on, I was encouraged to increase my investment in order to access higher-level investment packages and expanded trading strategies. Based on the reported performance shown in my account, I proceeded with additional deposits. Over time, my total investment reached approximately €364,200. The situation changed when I requested a partial withdrawal. The request was not processed as expected, and I was informed that further identity verification and compliance procedures were required. Although I submitted all requested documents promptly, additional conditions were repeatedly introduced, delaying the process further. Meanwhile, communication with the platform became increasingly inconsistent. Responses were often delayed, and explanations were either unclear or contradictory. Due to growing concerns, I began collecting and preserving all relevant documentation, including bank transfer confirmations, account statements, payment receipts, email correspondence, and transaction records. The matter was subsequently reported to the relevant authorities for review. After an initial evaluation of the available information, the case was assigned to OxғOɪ for coordination of administrative procedures and detailed examination of the submitted documentation. OxғOɪ assisted during the process by organizing the records and reviewing the supporting evidence. In the following period, financial data and transaction histories were thoroughly analyzed. Several verification steps were carried out to ensure that all information was properly assessed and that all procedural requirements were met. After the review was completed, I received official confirmation that the proceedings had been concluded. Shortly thereafter, my invested capital of approximately €364,200 was returned in full to my bank account. Although the process required time, patience, and extensive documentation, the matter was ultimately resolved through careful review and the completion of the necessary administrative procedures.
Extremely disappointing experience. I deposited $1,800 and traded successfully. After growing my account, I submitted a withdrawal request for $3,079.51. Since then, I have been waiting for months without receiving my funds. The withdrawal was delayed repeatedly, support tickets were closed without proper responses, live chat messages were ignored, and I received multiple explanations, including system upgrades, transition periods, holidays, meetings, liquidity provider issues, and other excuses. At one point, my withdrawal request even disappeared from my account and had to be submitted again. Communication has been highly unprofessional. In many cases, I received only one-line replies and then no further response. I have kept screenshots of the account history, withdrawal requests, support tickets, and chat conversations. As of today, I am still waiting for my withdrawal. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this broker.
I have been unable to withdraw $6,425.50 USDT from my MT5 Account (402113) since 6 January 2026. Baazex confirmed receipt of the withdrawal request the same day via an automated email and then went completely silent. Over the following four months I sent nine separate written communications on 3 March, 22 April, 23 April, 25 April, 30 April, 5 May, 10 May, and 15 May 2026. Not one received a reply not even an acknowledgment. I issued a formal 48-hour final warning in early May. Ignored. I sent a regulatory complaint notification. Ignored. I then sent a Level 6 legal notice referencing active regulatory filings. Also ignored. A formal complaint has now been filed with the FSA Seychelles (BAZ Capital Markets Ltd, License SD134). All correspondence has been preserved and submitted as evidence. I am not writing this out of frustration. I am writing it because anyone considering depositing with Baazex deserves to know: when I asked for my own money back, I was met with four months of complete silence.
I submitted a withdrawal of $7,172 USDT on January 22, 2026. It is now May 11 — 109 days later — and I have not received my money. I sent five polite follow‑up emails, a formal complaint, and a final notice. Baazex (operated by BAZ Capital Markets Ltd, Seychelles licence SD134) ignored every single message except an automated acknowledgment on day one. Only when I threatened regulatory action did they remain silent. I have now filed an official complaint with the Seychelles Financial Services Authority. If you are thinking of using this broker — do not. They will happily accept your deposit but disappear when it’s time to withdraw. I will update this review if the situation changes. UPDATE May 18: My complaint to the Seychelles FSA (filed May 11) has still not received an acknowledgment. I am following up with the regulator. Baazex continues to ignore all contact. This will stay updated until I am paid.
I previously post review about Baazex and tragic experience /scam happened to me about a week ago. For my review the company respond with the request to post my account number or attached email to investigate. Willing to investigate this is highly appreciated. That could have been what legitimated business could have done . However, I have been emailing this company from the day one my account was shut down and taxes and fees started being collected from me to withdraw my money. Even called them many times but the phone being hanged up or no one pick up. Just to be clear, I was getting emails from them every days to collect taxes and fees and getting instant response up until they collected my last dollar for the set up taxes and fees .But they ignored my email after every fees and tax have been paid and time for me to withdraw my money. If there is genuine interest to solve this matter ,I have already emailed them tons of times and let them respond to my emails and let me withdraw my money and save my family from homelessness and put food on the table for them. If they do that; I will definitely come here and post the positive review about the company and I openly appreciate them for resolving this. I am victim .I don't come here and west my time to post negative review if nothing happened to me. My story I posted here is just tip of ice berg of what happened to me and only decided to write the review here after have been emailing them for almost a year now and out crying for them to release my hard earned money. Baazex please check your and emails and WhatsApp messages. I tried to include the emails here but Trustpilot didn't let me post it .It says not allowed to post email. I have been emailing you since March 2025.For more than a year now. You are holding my money for no reason after every single fees and taxes you put as requirement to withdraw has been paid for .If needed, I don't mind posting here even your email communication about collecting taxes and fees with name of individuals who have been emailing me and even your wallet addresses that I have sent fees and taxes too. I am a victim and need justice. I am not asking for your penny but for mine. Thank you .
I traded on the Baazex platform MT5 for a long time using MQL expert advisors. During that time, I made $643. After I requested a withdrawal, I never received the funds, and neither the chat nor customer support is responding to my messages.
Scammers! There has been no contact with my paycheck since March 12th. They keep saying on WhatsApp that they'll be back to work on Monday and then everything will be fine, blaming it on the war. I advise you to stay away from this company.
I deposited $2,500 into Baazex and made a profit of $568. When I requested a withdrawal of $500 on March 24th, I waited 14 days without receiving any response. I have been trading forex and gold for 15 years and have never encountered anything like this before. I believe Baazex is a fraudulent company with no credibility. Please stay away from it.

This broker is a complete scam and should not be trusted under any circumstances. I deposited my money in good faith, and once I started making profits, they suddenly deleted all of my earnings and falsely accused me of violating their policies. This is nothing but a cheap excuse to steal clients’ money. To make things worse, they locked my account without any explanation and completely ignored my requests for clarification. They even refused to let me withdraw my original deposit — which clearly shows their real intention. If you value your money, stay far away from this fraudulent broker. Do not make the same mistake I did.

This platform is a scam. I sent many emails requesting withdrawals, but the platform always refused with various excuses. For almost two months, I kept requesting withdrawals, but they always refused. Even recently, the funds in my account have not been processed, and they ignore all my emails. It's a fraudulent company. Please learn from this and don't fall for it.

Be careful and do not trust this platform — it is a scam! I deposited $900 and after a few days of trading I had reached about $3,000 in profit. However, when I tried to withdraw, they first cut off all my profits and then refused to return even my initial deposit. I am going to complain to their regulator, hoping they can fix this situation or at least shut down this scam platform. Stay away!
