Summary
Reviews of Axi show a mixed reputation with both positive and negative experiences. Many users praise Axi for its easy-to-use platform, fast deposits and withdrawals, responsive and friendly customer support, and suitability for beginners due to low deposit requirements. Some highlight the innovative Axi Select program and commend professional agents. However, several traders report serious issues with delayed or denied withdrawals, account freezes, blocked balances, and insufficient communication from support. Technical problems such as platform freezing, slow execution, large spreads, and poor automation are also mentioned. Some accuse Axi of unprofessional investigations and withholding funds without clear justification. Overall, while some users appreciate the service quality and platform simplicity, others warn about potential reliability and transparency problems.

I’ve had a great experience trading with Axi. The platform is reliable, spreads are competitive, and MT4 runs very smoothly. I especially like that Axi is well-regulated, which makes me feel secure trading here. Customer support is truly helpful whenever I needed assistance, and deposits and withdrawals are straightforward. Overall, Axi is a trustworthy forex broker and a solid choice for both beginner and experienced traders

A good broker for strong citizen. But If you are weak man, has no voice, have less money and not supported by govement like Vietnam, they know they can do everything with your money and it is just fine. They create a Trading Room which is own develop so they can rule everything people see. Bait you with a store which is "Do something for me then you will get reward". But when you hard working support their community for over 3, 4 month, they realize couple dollars they had to pay is too much with this poor, so just ban him and tell him cheating. I hear many Vietnamese people has no reason ban but i don't believe, now I know they were right. Those who were not protected were extorted by the colonialists who treated them like slaves.

I have been using Axi for some time now. No issue found on the technical side or silly rules for withdrawals, or any margin requirements during active hours, etc., like some other brokers. Client dashboard is as simple as it should be. Who needs fancy designs? You are here to trade, so just trade. The only negative thing was the old MT4 platform, but now they have MT5 accounts as well. Axi Select also looks like a good funding program, though I haven't tried it yet.

Axi has been very helpful and honest. I did some withdrawal also and it was very fast. However, I would like to recommend Axi to use Trade View as the platform instead of MT4 as it is outdated already and is not fully compatible with Apple Macbook computer.

AXI copy trading is complicated and no support from axi team to explain each step of copy trading. The video explains only how to start but not how to proceed with traders.

Good broker, and the experience with them so far has been fantastic, good spreads, and instant withdrawals with PayPal. The only issues however are the RTS rules, and sometimes a lack of response when I write them a support email. What I mean by RTS rules is having to clear RTS with whatever deposit method you used to deposit in the first place, and then not being able to withdraw your profits with the same method once RTS is cleared, and being forced to withdraw profit with something else like Visa which takes a longer time to show up in your bank account. I understand that RTS is to prevent fraudulent transactions or whatever, but there's other ways to go around it... For people wanting to use Axi, keep in mind about RTS rules, but other than that, I sincerely recommend this broker.

Title: Account liquidated – no regulator took jurisdiction, no execution data provided Review: I am sharing this experience to document what happens when a dispute involves an offshore trading account. On January 23, 2025, AxiTrader liquidated all my XAUUSD positions at market open, resulting in a loss of approximately USD 75,238.50. Axi stated the liquidation occurred because my margin level reached 20% or below due to spread widening. Key points: • I requested a step-by-step calculation of equity, margin, free margin, and spread at the time of liquidation. • Axi refused to provide minute-by-minute execution or spread data. • Axi closed my complaint, denied responsibility, and offered USD 1,294.10 as a “goodwill gesture”. • I escalated the matter to ASIC, FCA/FOS, NZ authorities, and SVG, all of which declined jurisdiction. • The Financial Commission reviewed the case and supported Axi, leaving no independent regulator willing to examine the technical details. This review is not about trading losses. It is about: • Forced liquidation based on spread widening, • Lack of verifiable execution data, • And a regulatory structure where no authority ultimately takes responsibility. Traders should clearly understand which legal entity holds their account and what protections actually apply when a dispute arises Update: Axi has already responded publicly and formally closed my case by directing me to the Financial Commission. It is important for readers to understand that the Financial Commission is not a government regulator, and that it is funded by member brokers, including Axi. The decision issued by that body fully aligned with Axi’s position and did not include any independent technical verification of the liquidation. Before posting this review, I followed Axi’s internal dispute process for months and contacted multiple authorities: • United Kingdom – jurisdiction declined • New Zealand – jurisdiction declined • Australia – review took several months, jurisdiction ultimately declined • St. Vincent and the Grenadines – response was limited to “Axi has already replied,” with no technical examination The result is clear: for clients trading outside the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, there is no independent regulator willing or able to review a forced liquidation at a technical level. Despite marketing statements suggesting global regulation, offshore clients are left without effective protection when a dispute arises. In my case, Axi explicitly stated that it could not provide: • execution-level bid/ask prices applied to my account • the effective spread at the moment of liquidation • step-by-step margin, equity, and margin-level calculations Without this data, no independent party can verify whether the liquidation was correctly executed. A liquidation that cannot be audited cannot be meaningfully challenged. It is also relevant that approximately one month after this dispute was opened, Axi changed its legal entity in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, further complicating accountability for offshore clients. This review is not about trading losses or market risk. It documents a structural issue where: • forced liquidations cannot be independently audited • responsibility is shifted between entities • and no authority ultimately assumes oversight Traders should clearly understand which legal entity holds their account and what protections actually apply in practice, not what is implied in marketing. Transparency is not internal explanations. Transparency is verifiable execution data and independent oversight.

Reliable since 2019 – Handled recent portal migration perfectly I have been trading with Axi since 2019 and they have consistently felt like "home" for my trading. The Good: Deposits/Withdrawals: Always a breeze. I’ve never had issues funding or accessing my money. Support: This is where they truly shine. I recently faced a login issue during their migration to a new client portal. While technical glitches happen, their communication was exceptional. They stayed with me every step of the way until I was back in. Stability: Aside from that one migration hiccup, the platform has been rock solid for over 5 years. The Verdict: If you want a broker that communicates well when things go wrong and processes payments smoothly, I highly recommend Axi.
