AWELE FORTUNE FOUNDRY’s website stated that it offered trading in forex, shares, cryptocurrencies, real estate and other assets, with access to more than 40,000 instruments. The site listed MetaTrader 5 for mobile and also described its service as an online forex and cryptocurrency STP broker offering CFD trading, leverage of up to 1:500, spreads from 0.2 pips for FX, stock commissions from $3 on US stocks, and a minimum deposit of $500 for its Basic account.
The website listed Basic, Classic and Platinum accounts with minimum funding of $500, $5,000 and $10,000 respectively, as well as a one-month forex signal subscription priced at $300. It also stated that deposits could be made by debit card, bank transfer, eCheck or check, and claimed to charge no deposit or withdrawal fees. The website displayed the address 55-61 HIGH ST, SE9 1TD, ELTHAM, United Kingdom and referred to regulation by “CH,UK”, but no regulator licence number was provided on the reviewed pages.
The UK Financial Conduct Authority classified AWELE FORTUNE FOUNDRY as an unauthorised firm and stated that it was not authorised by the FCA and might be targeting people in the UK. The FCA warning was first published on 8 November 2024 and last updated on 2 April 2025. The warning lists the domains awelefortunefoundry.com and awelefortunefoundry.top. The FCA also stated that customers dealing with the firm would not have access to the Financial Ombudsman Service or protection from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
