AussieTrust customer reviews

Summary
Multiple reviewers describe AussieTrust as a fraudulent operation: they were enticed by ads and cold calls with promises of large cryptocurrency profits and often saw initial gains, but then trading stopped, account managers disappeared or changed, and withdrawal requests were blocked or delayed with repeated excuses. Victims report being pressured to deposit more money to release funds, subjected to canned replies like “we’ve sent this to the relevant department,” and in several cases funds were moved to offshore accounts or crypto wallets and never returned. Several people recount social-engineering or remote-access scams (AnyDesk) that allowed thieves to steal crypto directly, and some describe extortion attempts and fake “refund” offers. Reported losses range from a few thousand to hundreds of thousands of dollars, and reviewers say the company is unlicensed, unresponsive, and uses scripted tactics; a few note possible law-enforcement action against related operators, while one person claimed to recover funds using a paid recovery consultant. Overall the reviews warn strongly to avoid AussieTrust or related services, call them scammers, and urge others not to send money or give remote access to accounts.

I had two calls this evening from two different London numbers (+44) to my Australian mobile. On the fist one I was told that from my investment a couple of years ago I had $17,000 AUD available to me in bitcoin. I told the person to go away and take my number off of their list. I had a second call about 15 mins later from a similar number and from a different person. I asked where he was calling from. Unfortunately or fortunately I was scammed $50,000 AUD when trading forex. Same scenario, London phone numbers but after further research I determined that the brokers were from Israel and Cypress. Recent calls were from +44 20 8089 6261 and +44 20 8089 5039. This is without a doubt a scam

I have received several calls from people claiming I was entitled to a refund from an investment I made two years ago; one of them said it was 0.21 Bitcoin, the next one said 0.3211 Bitcoin. None of it matters because it is all a fantasy. They do not have a clue about capital markets, cryptocurrency or any other financial matters, but they are stubborn and will try to get you interested and greedy. By all means, don't even think about engaging with them!

This is a very elaborate scam, they will entice you in with months of chat and false promises, you invest and watch your account soaring daily, then all of a sudden when your money runs dry and you have no more to give, everything changes, you are no longer treated to several calls per week with updates, your account manager is either sick, has dropped off the planet or ignores your every contact. They have what they wanted and you will never hear from them again 😞

Some weeks ago I received a call from a guy called Michael Thompson (?), purporting to be from Aussie Trust. The reason for the call was that he wished to refund me for the money I lost through another company called Investment Trust. I had my own private investment of 6.7 Ether in Coinspot. To make the refund I granted him access to my Coinspot account through Anydesk. My stupidity. Once into my account with Coinspot he found that I had the Ether investment, and in a matter of seconds he squirelled this out to a wallet in Blockchain, obviously controlled by these criminals. He mentioned that the only way I will get my own ether back, was to deposit a similar value amount into my Coinspot account. Extortion. This I did not go through with. Both these companies are controlled by a network of criminals. They are both unlicensed and unregulated in both the UK and Australia. Their trading platforms are a sham. You will find that once you deposit funds into your supposed account, it will immediately be transferred to offshore bank accounts or crypto wallets controlled by these criminals. I refer you to the Investor Relations Portal of IOSCO. You will find these gems of society have been reported by the FCA in the UK for Fraudulent Practices and Misrepresentation. In my case you can add theft and extortion. The law enforcement authorities will probably find it hard to track down these criminals, as they probably operate from back yard boiler rooms.DO NOT deal with these band on criminals. You can add Richmond Super to the list.

I just got a call from them to refund me $250 which I never deposited with them (but with a different scam company) and when I ask how they want to record the transaction on any desk. Nobody needs to record your screen or access your computer to issue a refund. When I pointed that out, the guy "Adam" who sounds exactly like the guys from the Investment centre just hung up.

I was introduced to this trading platform by a friend who had only been using it for a week. They entice you in with the promise of life-changing money and early retirement, so I gave them nearly $450000 in the hopes of becoming wealthy quickly. My two young children are about to start college, something they were already aware of. Nonetheless, they suggested me to seek for a loan to increase my investment in a ripple pool in exchange for a guaranteed return of hundreds of thousands of dollars. My account manager, Connor Smith, was quite informed about cryptocurrency, which makes the scam a lot easier to trust. Things changed when it came to asking for money to pay bills and get my truck's MOT done. He advised me to keep my money in since another opportunity to gain more money would present itself. We had a brief squabble because I was trying to get some cash. After a few weeks, a new guy contacted me and informed me that he would be in control of my account because connor was sick. After refusing to put additional money in after our conversation, he informed me that he was travelling to Milan and would be unavailable for the next four weeks, so I was assigned another account manager who called me. Every email that has been sent to me from this platform has been ignored. I was stumped as to what to do at the time, so I looked for quick options and came across tAg TeAm sOLiTaiRe, a legal recovery consultant firm. I initiated an investigation with them right away, and with their help, I was able to retrieve all of my funds. My only saving grace was that I didn't give in to the pressure to obtain such a large loan. I strongly advise anyone considering affiliating themselves with these individuals to stay away from them for their own good.

It is now September and Aussietrust has not responded to returning my owed money and closing my Account that I asked for back in November 2020. Their response is always send them a complaint to support and it will be delt with. This never happens. Legally there must be some way of stopping Aussietrust from scamming people into taking money and not returning it when owed. Is there anybody that is a legitimate company that can help retrieve your money. Any company that is not registered does not comply if noted.

Definitely a SCAM! DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY WITH AUSSIETRUST. I bought half a bitcoin at 13k with the Bitcoin soaring to 60k and I was confident that my account is doing well. When the Bitcoin dipped to 33k, AussieTrust called me and told me I lost all my money with my account manager being switched. Scammers with no transparency.

AussieTrust is acting opposite their name. Especially, the broker Daniel Hyman has a deal with me for my account 11078. Then he has kept silent. DO NOT INVEST IN THIS SCAMMING COMPANY if you do not want money gone forever.

They have now taken to saying that they are closing their private portfolio and only maintaining the business one. They say they are returning the private clients money but all they do is conn you out of more money. The IBM system is an abused lie. They take more money very quickly through Coinbase who are clearly complicit. Advise you don't deal with Coinbase or Aussie Trust thieves. many of them do not honour their promises.

I see the bad reviews of AussieTrust continues apace. the only way to to harm them is to continue posting your bad experiences in an attempt to decrease the potential of them scamming more people. IF YOU WANT TO KISS YOUR HAD EARNED MONEY GOODBYE - GIVE IT TO AUSSIETRUST. I see there are one or two satisfied reviewers. Be sure they were written by the parasites at AussieTrust themselves. If you have spare cash, give it to your favourite charity. At least you will feel good

Very unhappy! My ID is 9105. I was about to withdraw my money from my trading account. I was told I need to put more money into the account or I can not withdraw the money. I did it,but they then requested for more money! They said because they made a mistake! Now I can not withdraw or get refund. It caused me so much stress. I need to find way to get my money back. Anyone who has similar experience please help and give me some advice.

WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT give these scammers any money! Lying theives that ripped all my parent's hard-worked savings from them. $500k lost! When you scammer reads this DO NOT respond with your response of "we have reviewed this and sent it on to the relevant department". (response to AussieTrust below response. Hi, you don't think they have done that multiple times, asking for your help and assistance for receiving their money?? but all they get is excuses in the early stages and now all you do, in response to their calls for help, is say someone will be in contact with you shortly, which of course never happens. This has been going on for over 2 months). How can you say you are not a genuine scammer??

Zero star , 👎 nada ... I’m back again with good news and bad news . The good news is that the FBI has started nailing down these poor miserable people, John de Mara age 55 from Santa Ana was locked up by the feds , Quadrimaga cx another bitcon company is under investigation, the list is long and is recent.. the bad news is that some of you people working for this scam will soon be deported if you don’t get a decent job , remember Ross Ulbricht ( you can google him) he was the king of crypto in 2015 , he is now enjoying free food and a nice cell in the us penitentiary ... Sooner or later you will pay for your crimes In one way or another.. have pity on your children and future and spare them the disgrace ....😜

Aussietrust is the complete opposite of trust! They are plain and simply a scam! I responded to an ad for Bitcoin up, a supposed revolutionary way to invest in bitcoin. Was contacted by an agent of Aussietrust, was given lots of hope and excitement that I would make money from trading in bitcoin, and I did make money. Put about $5000 in and made about a thousand in a month. Then all trading stopped, heard nothing from my "agent", tried to contact him, no response. Then tried to get my money, that appears to be in my aussie trust account, but aussieuntrust never helps me!!! I did get a few unhelpful emails, I send emails, make on line enquiries, call, and they tell me the same story over and over again, "An Agent will be contacting you today to sort out your issue". no one ever calls back! Stay far far away from Aussie-anti-trust as well as bitcoin up!
