The website does not establish a specific trading platform, account type, minimum deposit, leverage, spreads, commissions, base currencies, swap-free terms, negative-balance protection, or rules for hedging, scalping, or expert advisers.
On 11 June 2025, New Zealand’s Financial Markets Authority (FMA) warned about ATS Trading Service Limited and stated that it believed ATS was operating an investment scam. The warning identified atstradingserviceltd.com and atsclient.atstradingserviceltd.com, reported a case in which an investor was unable to withdraw funds, and stated that the investor was asked to pay significant withdrawal fees without receiving the money. The FMA also recorded that ATS had told investors it was previously named Artemis.
The FMA had separately issued an investor alert on 19 December 2022 stating that Artemis Investment Limited was not registered to provide financial services in New Zealand. The FMA’s ATS warning does not identify an authorised regulator, licence number, or regulatory permission for ATS Trading Service Limited.
