Summary
Reviews about Atlanta Capital Markets present contrasting experiences. One user described a serious trading issue involving a large financial loss due to an unexplained price deviation in a CFD order on zinc, which was closed incorrectly, resulting in a total account loss. The user reported a lack of transparency and response from the broker regarding order matching and system logs, raising concerns about possible manipulation or unfair practices. In contrast, another reviewer shared positive feedback about receiving outstanding support from associated personnel, praising their efficiency in resolving frozen fund issues and successfully recovering large sums of money, and strongly recommending their services. Overall, the feedback reflects both severe trust and transparency concerns alongside isolated cases of professional and effective customer support.

Leinfelder support was amazing! They were super helpful in sorting out my £172,950 frozen fund issue, and I totally recommend them.

I would like to share a real trading incident that I encountered at Atlanta Capital Markets, to warn the trading community about the risks related to the order matching mechanism and transparency in technical processing. - On July 17, 2025, I executed a Sell CFD order for ZINC, volume 50 lots, matched at the price of 2705. - After 30 minutes, the order was automatically closed at 2745, while the price chart at that time only fluctuated around 2706–2707. - This deviation caused a loss of 100,000 USD and led to the burning of the entire account. I have sent a request for clarification: - The system's order matching mechanism - Actual spread data and liquidity conditions at the time of closing the order - System logs and technical processing logs. However, despite the deadline for response, the exchange has not yet provided a full and transparent explanation, making me doubt the reasonableness of the incident. In addition to the above price deviation issue, I also discovered some other unusual signs during the transaction process, making me suspect that this could be a staged scenario to appropriate user assets. I will share these points specifically in the following articles so that the community has a clearer perspective. If anyone has encountered a similar situation or has suspicious signs, I look forward to connecting to share data and coordinate to speak up to protect the common interests of the trading community. #AtlantaCapitalMarkets #MT5
