Do not invest in this company, they are scammers they will rub your money and block your account whenever you ask for redemptions
Excuses always whenever I submit a withdrawal form. I got tired of their tantrums as it was clear at this point. I mailed Huk lêrsiege , that turned out to be what I needed
Always asking for more money when trying to withdraw. You wont ever get your money out. It's a scam!
They fraud me, why ? Untill today, I did not received my money Felix Ginther lied to me about the transfert Can $ 3469 gone in smoke Astra Horizon = Fraud Felix Ginther from Astra Horizon = Fraud Beside my 500 Euros, he managed to collect Can. $ 344,80 from me, as he indicated, for commision in order for me to get my Can. $ 3469. After he got that Can. $ 344,80, he got lost, He did not want to communicate with me anymore. He lied about my transfert being blocked for some sispicious status, he sent me a fake letter from Blockchain.com to justify that the transfert was blocked on my side. But he did not try to resolve the issue since I proved him, chrystal clear that the issue was not on my side. He just vanished. Fraud, fraud & fraud.
My overall experience with Astra horizon is satisfactory. One of best trading platform especially customer service which is very professional and helpful. One thing i would request is to establish an easy withdrawal methods and minimize waiting duration after withdrawals for money to get in your account
Astra claims to be a safe investment site. They are constantly asking for more money so you can "make more money for you". When we said that no more money would be coming their way the phones went silent for a few weeks. Then they called saying that it was sold and the new owners wouldn't keep the smaller accounts so we had to close. After paying european taxes, commisssions and rate adjustments and third party commissions it still wasn't enough for them to process returning the funds. All the time saying that the returned funds would not go through and to pay more, saying that all extra funds would be returned to us when the transfer was complete. After a month and still receiving nothing they asked for an additional $9000!! When i wanted to confirm which wallet address to use, the emails bounced back. tried going on chat, no response. Had we given them the $9000, claiming that Blockchain needed to verify that this was not money laundring. I'm sure they would be asking for more. Please, please do no invest in Astra Horizon. you will never see your money again.
We have been trying to take our money out for over 5 weeks now with no end in sight. In total put in about 45 grand and in the last couple of weeks we have had to put another $30 grand and they keep telling us oh just one more payment or tax or the market went down. Today they asked for more money again saying that the coin they were going to do the withdrawal on went down. Low and behold ripple went up by .88. We want our money out and our profits. We are going to have less than we put in. The $3 grand they charged for tax on less than a grand in profit. Do not do business with this company! They will rip you off! The next step is to find out who regulates them and see if we can get them to shut them down or get our money back.
I have only been using this provider for a few weeks but find the platform easy to use. Easy to see trade stops and profit levels on the charts and simple to adjust. A good range of instruments are available and the spreads seem reasonable. However it could do with some simple links to basic training videos on how to use it. Not having these makes you guess, which is not ideal when you're trading money so mistakes can be made.
This company is not a good company STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM. They claim to be regulated but are not and I am lucky to be scammed of 2000.00 CAD but I know that there are people who are scammed for more than that, much more. Askiing them for a refund and they don't even answer me.
If I could give a 0 star rating that would still be much more than they deserve... don't get brain washed into dealing with them.they are nothing but 100% complete scammers and will just stop all communication with you you when you say you want to withdraw they tell you (in my case... I have £120,000 coming back but have to pay £3000 commission first)...this is all absolute rubbish and if I could get my hands on the ones that were involved with my files I would kill everyone of them... I am going to loose everything because I was brainwashed by them so whats the point in living/existing anymore I'm better of 6ft under at least that way I won't do anything like this again...
Shame on Trustpilot for not deleting this Company from your ratings. The bad reviews are genuine and the 5 star reviews are fake. Why are you letting this mob continue on Trustpilot.
I am Norwegian, but I'm writing this in English to spread the word as much as possible. My dear brother passed away a few weeks ago. He had long been weakened by ill health. He had always lived by the motto "If something is too good to be true, well that's exactly what it is." At the very end of his life, however, this "company" Astra Horizon has managed to lay out a bait for which he has fallen. He, who had always managed his finances in the best way, suddenly asked me for a fairly substantial loan. "What are you going to use it for?" I asked. "I will withdraw the return on my investment, but first I have to pay a fee of a certain percentage of the amount. Although I was skeptical, I was stupid enough to lend him the money. Afterwards, I researched more thoroughly online. Astro Horizon's website was blocked by the antivirus program. I found countless warnings about the company online. After a couple of weeks, I cautiously asked him if he had received his money from Astra Horizon. "It's a slow process, now I have to pay them an EU tax first," he said. To me, there was no doubt anymore, this was nothing but fraud. A few weeks later, I found him dead at home. He died a natural death, but I am convinced that the desperate situation he was in the last few weeks when he realized that he had been robbed for everything he had contributed to his premature death, as weak as he was initially in health. After his death his «Advisor» Carol Hall from Astra Horizon called again. His son picked up my brother’s phone and answered the call. He informed her about his father’s death and she replied «There is some money on his account, I will contact you again next week.» They agreed time and date when she should call. Off course, she never called. We sent her an e-mail with some answers and gave her a deadline to reply. She never replied. Carol Hall is off course a fake name, as well as her colleague Tom Jensen is a fake. On my brother’s computer we found a «document» where the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA apparently had granted Astra Horizon license to operate. On Finma’s website everyone can see that this is not true. Here you can find Astra Horizon on Finma’s “Warning list”: Edit: Links are not allowed. You must search for Finma on the web. You can choose language in the top menue at the far right. Stay away from these people! They represent nothing but evil! If you are involved with them already: Consider all your deposits as lost, don’t give them a penny more! Take care of your self and your dear ones / friends by staying away from AstroHorizon and the likes of them! Help to spread this message! Edit: One day after I posted this message I visited the Trustpilot website again. What did I find? I found 4 reviews apparently written by myself, including this one: The 3 others had 5 stars and very positive reviews with different texts! This is how much the positive reviews about Astra Horizon are worth. Don't fall into their trap!
Do not invest with this company they will take you money and run. up front they are very accommodating but as soon as you give them $ they a difficult to contact and have zero respect for customer. Seem to have zero knowledge of how crypto works in international finance an reporting requirements. and lastly when you want you cash back there are all kinds of hidden fees and threats of giving away YOUR money. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE This company also operates under the name GIRO Fx both of which seem to have a number of fake reviews in here
Review of Astra Horizon: Scam Edward Walsh, Francis Thompson, Mike Koss etc. Let's not forget Bitnomics, the company that is in with Astra Horizon. I was very leery in the beginning, but Edward Walsh finally convinced me to trust him. He felt like a friend, but then stabbed me in the back. $9000 was the last I had in my bank. Once my initial investment of $6000 turned into $24000, I had a family crisis and desperately needed the money. I told Edward Walsh he said fine, but you have to pay the taxes on it before we can send you the money, which was $3000. So I sent it and he said I should have my money within 3 days. Well that didn't happen so I emailed him back and a Francis Thompson called me and said that I had to now pay the commission before they can release the money. I said take it off the top of the investment like other traders but no they couldn't do that. They said it was illegal to do. At this point I said no, finally. And emailed Edward Walsh again. But no response. I emailed the support and a girl named Jessica emailed me back telling me to read over their policies. Which said they could do whatever they wanted with my money. They could close the account etc. I have sent multiple messages and emails back to them with no response. I am now in a bigger crisis as I have to go back to work but I'm 62 years old and have a disability. This makes it very difficult. I've almost had a nervous break down because of this and I can't believe I was so stupid and gullible for believing anything he said. I have a university degree and should have known. It has had a terrible impact on my life and on my health. Don't give them ANY MONEY BECAUSE YOU WILL NEVER SEE IT AGAIN!
I am using Astra Horizon from August 2020 overall it was a good broker but now i think i am wrong because on April 12 2021 i withdraw $40000 and it did not come in after providing everything they asked for. I complaint to there live chat but they don't care about their customers. They casually say we will look into this, but do nothing. i repeatedly told that this issue is still unresolved but they said our finance team is looking into this issue and we will notify about this issue via email but i haven't received any email till 29 April. that i had to hire Mift.Xyz to come in for me. atleast i acted on time to get my cåßh. before this issue i thought that astra horizon is a good platform. but when real issue arises then they will not treat you well.
Im having problem since two months ago !! I cant cash out my money from the account And my broker disappeared, he doesn’t respond to any of my messages!! I tried to call them , Again nobody answered!! they were there for any questions before they get my money, but now I dont know how to get back my money? They are big scammer And everything here is fraud …please be aware from their games
BIG SCAM DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY WITH THEM. They will find different ways for not to give you withdrawl of your money
These guys are Scammers! Take my advice and do not give them any more money as they will never return it! I have been asking for my money back for over 2 months now with no response.

Very bad they just request money they requested there commission fees to do my withdrawal 20% I paid and second day I have to deposit as approval to chain block 4500 us they just take don’t give Run with your money believe me they are scammers theives RUN and RUN
