I earned 5,100 loyalty points through real trading activity and paid commissions, strictly in line with the broker’s official Loyalty Club Catalogue. These points were not promotional or free. I submitted reward requests three times. The first two requests were rejected only due to reward unavailability. On the third request, instead of offering any alternative, the broker reset all my loyalty points to zero and denied any reward. The broker later claimed that my deposits and withdrawals were made solely for earning points. This explanation is inaccurate. Before taking these actions, I explicitly confirmed with the broker’s official representative that deposits and withdrawals were permitted and did not violate the loyalty program rules. Documented proof of this confirmation exists. I formally contacted support via email and ticket. The case was reviewed, and I was informed in writing that the decision was final, without addressing the documented confirmation or the published loyalty catalogue. Retroactively changing the interpretation of program rules after points have been earned and accepted constitutes an unfair business practice. This review reflects my direct experience and is shared for transparency with other traders. Update: Several days have passed since this review was published, and no public response or clarification has been provided by Aron Groups. For transparency, this issue has also been documented on Forex Peace Army, where the full details of the dispute are publicly available under the broker’s name. I respectfully request clarification on: 1) Which specific published rule was violated, 2) At what point this violation was identified, 3) Why the points were accepted and the first two reward requests processed without compliance objections. I remain open to a fair, transparent, and documented resolution. Second update: No further response or clarification has been provided by Aron Groups following my documented reply requesting specific rule references. At this stage, no published Loyalty Club rule or concrete evidence has been presented to justify the retroactive removal of earned loyalty points.
