Summary
Multiple reviewers accuse Aquila Markets of using convincing AI-generated ads to lure investors, then making withdrawals difficult or impossible once profits appear. Customers report strong early account growth followed by sudden lack of communication from assigned account managers (one named Daniel Voss), ignored emails and unresponsive "Contact Us" requests. Several people describe pressure to meet new conditions or pay additional amounts before funds will be released, with delays of months and demands that feel like extortion; one reviewer reports losing $50k after being steered into losing trades by their manager. Reviewers also state the firm appears unregulated, call it a scam or "pig butchers," and urge others to stay away and report the company to law enforcement (RCMP, Canadian fraud units, FBI IC3). A few victims found some recourse by reporting the case and through groups like OakmontGuard, with at least one person receiving a refund after filing a complaint. Overall, the common themes are deceptive marketing, poor communication, alleged manipulation and financial loss, regulatory concerns, and recommendations to report the company and avoid using their services.

Aquila market is back with their offer to release my money, after nearly 4 months. If I fulfil certain terms, I will have my money released…a lot of money, which would go down their rabbit hole. They are a scam company. I learned that the term is “pig butchers”. I’ve been butchered. Stay clear of them. SCAMMERS! To anyone feeling too embarrassed to come forward, don’t be. Report them to the RCMP scam unit, to the Canadian international fraud and scam unit, and if USA go to the FBI IC3 unit and report. The more people who are aware, the better. The money is gone but maybe we can slow them down.

I invested because of those AI generated (looked real at the time) ads with famous people saying a $350 invested could make Ks of money. Everything went well, my account showed a great rate of growth. The negatives started when I submitted a request to withdraw some profits. At this point the man I had been dealing with, Daniel Voss, stopped communicating with me. I emailed Daniel Voss several times asking he phone me but out of many emails he responded only twice. First time he was on vacation and said he would call the following week and second was "tomorrow I will call in the P.M". Needless to say - no calls. I wrote in the company "Contact Us" 3 or 4 time with no response. I checked the consumer reviews and it seems this is normal. They have a one star rating but I'm sure it would be zero if it was available. STAY AWAY FROM AQUILA MARKETS. Dennis
