If you take a closer look at the Apex Capital website, which is only around two months old, you will find a Trustpilot reference at the bottom that frankly leaves me speechless. It actually features the following reviews: “Fast withdrawals and excellent support!” ★★★★★ “Very reliable platform.” ★★★★★ Given my own experience, I find this simply unbelievable: Four payments—with a guaranteed payout promised each time—yet not a single payout to date. The person responsible for this predicament is "Klaus," who has earned a "sorry" reputation through his repeated false promises! How these statements can appear on a website that has only been online for around two months is, in my view, more than questionable and certainly requires an explanation. For me, this is a massive warning sign.
Do not trust Anax Capital with your hard-earned money. My experience with their support team and management has been a absolute nightmare. They accepted my deposit smoothly without any issues, but the moment I requested to close my account and withdraw my remaining $927.54, they changed the rules. They blocked my funds behind a new "liveness biometric check" that was never required when I originally deposited my money. As someone who has previously fallen victim to a liveness scam and suffered severe financial losses, I refused to submit sensitive biometric data for a simple account closure. Instead of accommodating a standard manual wire refund to my original payment source, their support team dragged the process out for days with copy-pasted script replies. They claimed senior management would call me to assist, which turned out to be a complete stalling tactic. Nobody called for days. When a representative finally did call, the resolution was an absolute joke—they literally asked me to physically come to their office just to take my withdrawal! A supposedly modern online financial platform asking a client to collect their money in person like a local loan shop is beyond unprofessional. They use delay tactics, retroactive portal requirements, and absurd excuses to keep hold of client funds. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from Anax Capital. I am taking this matter straight to the financial regulatory authorities.
