About AMI SOLUTIONS

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) identified AMI Solutions as an unauthorised clone firm and stated that it had been contacting people while pretending to be an authorised firm. The FCA warning lists amisolutions.co, amisolutions.info, amisolutions.pro and dashboard.am-sol.pro. The genuine firm being impersonated is AMI Financial Solutions Limited, FCA Firm Reference Number 786883, which the FCA states has no connection with the clone.

A CNMV warning dated 8 July 2024 states that AMI Solutions was not authorised to provide investment services or activities involving financial instruments, including foreign-currency transactions. The notice lists ami-solution.net and amisolutions.co and states that AMI Solutions was not related to DPM FINANZAS EAF, SL, a Spanish-registered financial advisory firm with registration number 132. The Polish Financial Supervision Authority also lists the investment platform operating through amisolutions.co and ami-solution.ne in a notification concerning suspected activity without the required authorisation under Article 178 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments.
